Easy enough, but WAY too much upselling. Gets to be very annoying.

I placed/paid for my order on 5-29-26 and same complaints as others on here. Customer service is slow, wonky, still don't have my product, ordering was clunky and like others stated, lots of pop up screens with other offers. I am computer savvy, order online all the time but so far am not impressed. I did email them to ask "where is my order"? Since they don't appear to offer tracking for me to check. They did respond but couldn't find the order with my full name/address/phone #; they requested order #, I provided that; then they said they were inundated with orders so it would be a little while before someone got back to me. That was 3 days ago. I emailed them again today again to check on the order, no response yet. Terrible customer service. I hope if and when I receive the product it will actually work. If not I will be reporting them to the Dept of Consumer Protection; if I don't receive my order soon I will pull the funds paid back. What a hassle!

It was easy to order quickly. Just ordered, so don't have the product(s) yet.

I am a bit "miffed" as only wanted one cloth but was not given this option. It was just 2 or more.

Overcharged for the quantities offered and then charged £4.99 for addotional warranty that wad inluded in basket costs.

Very easy process

It was difficult to press the buttons to decline the special offers. I did not like that.

I only wanted to.order 2 cloths and I couldn't get to the end without being plagued with different items to.order. The "No I don't want to take advantage of this order and save" is so small that I ended up buying two more items that I didn't want. I thought I was going ro spend about $45 but I ended up spending $104. This is the only way I could skip all the other offers and see what my total was and before I could see what my total was, I had purchased these extra items unknowingly, because I hit the button that said "Continue ". There was no other way to get to the part where I could place my order. This is totally ridiculous and now I'm going to.try to.get my money back because I ended up purchasing items I didnt want!

Easy peasy no hassle

I ordered the scratch cloth by mistake without realizing i was being charged in US dollars and all other hidden charges and shipping fees. The order had been cancelled within minutes of ordering on 5th of June and emails were sent right away, I kept getting emails that the matter had been escalated and someone will get back to me soon. Then I was told my order had been shipped within an hour of ordering and it could not be cancelled so I could return it.
I received an email today after 8 days that my order has not been cancelled and is being shipped now.
Highly slow customer service and a highly unprofessional business. Please don't waste your money and time buying products from them. They are just scammers.

The check out process comes up with items you may like and you have to careful as I found out. It's easy to make mistakes and order stuff you don't want.
Plus point. Customer service is prompt.

Bought recently two clothes from Nano Polix. $35 U.S. became $72 really quick. The clothes came in a bubble wrap envelope that wasn’t completely sealed, so might have dried them out but could just as well came that way from them. They don’t work and I highly recommend keeping your money. Go to your local parts or auto body shop for professional scratch removal. It will be cheaper and done right the first time. I believe that these are a lot of fake reviews, A.I. Generated.
