Do not use this company.
Ordered a watch which was suppose to be a Grade A item.
Placed order and no confirmation received. Had to contact my bank for a refund.
Item finally turned up but the condition was by no means Grade A as it had loads of scratches for a £99 watch.
Took weeks to receive authorisation to return item and cost me over £5.49 postage which they refused to refund and don't respond to my emails.
do not use this company.

Really disappointing, unfortunately... Unprofessional service.. I paid for new galaxy tab 2 charger block. I received today different charger and full of marks, used. The funny part is, in selling note says.. Tab 2. Main character Black. And no customers service.. I'm chasing them to return the useless stuff.

Ordered a Samsung smart watch but didn't receive email confirmation. Money taken from my account but no sign of goods.
Have left numerous phone messages and sent a number if email and no responses.
This company is a scam and would not use them again.
My bank now chasing for refund

Discount code on their own website (10OFFXMAS) not working - no one responds to email (2) or phone calls (5)

They don.t even deserve one star please do not buy.
I have had an issue since September bought my non verbal autistic son a Griffin cover.
I received no goods paid £45 that we can hardly afford.
Emailed, and called numerous times left messages, No one gets back to you

1 bought casings for my iphone and I bought multiple of them since I have an older device and I wanted to have a spare.
1 casings never arrived and after multiple emails I still haven't received feedback or a refund.
The casings that did arrive, I had to pay additional 25€ import taxes.
I also requested multiple times to view the status of my orders in my account, which was never possible.

Bought a Fitbit, ceased to function in less than a month. Company asked me to return it, at my expense, which I did in June. Now they do not respond and have not replaced the item or given me a refund/

Avoid using this company at all costs

Great advice before purchase. I emailed Buytec to clarify compatability of the product as not familiar. Reply was helpful and order delivered as expected soone than the 5 day estimate. Brilliant!!!

Non existent customer support, just stay well clear

These people stole $70 from me a month ago and I have no product and they won't reply plus they have blocked my email address so they can't get them. I'm am going to the authorities about them and am also going to email the cyber authorities like bank said I have all there details so they can't hide or despute anything

A new user. Ordered a Mophie Powerstation Mini 3000Ah in pink. Received a Mophie Powerstation Mini 4000Ah in purple. Emailed customer service. After three days I am still waiting for a reply. Not impressed.
