I have been using Frantech/Namecrane services for years, and they have never let me down. The team is incredibly helpful and responds to my support requests in just a few hours.

In my opinion, their service prices are undoubtedly the most affordable on the market. Once you get to know this provider, with its high-quality service, very affordable prices, and a team that is both helpful and knowledgeable, you won't need to look for another server provider. Those who try it once, like me, often find themselves staying with them for good.

This is literally the worst possible service you can go for.

I am their customer for like 5-6 years maybe. It was usually OK for the price.

My recent experience with them is terrible.

I have a VPS with them. We use it for selling Shared Hosting. There was an abuse report 3 days ago.

Which went to my spam folder.

After that without any intimation or warning they suspended the network inside my VPS.

I created atleast 4 tickets and resolved the issue almost immediately by terminating the said account as I was still able to access the VNC.

Pinged the staff on discord.

At the moment of writing this, its been 11 hours.

I have received no response apart from a response that to refer to my abuse ticket. Which I have already resolved.

So I would warn every one not to go for their services, better pay more and go for a provider which is responsive and easy to communicate with.

My server has been going down every couple of months for about a year, and the web admin interface usually doesn't work to restart it. Support response is very slow, and this time it took 15 hours + complaining on discord to finally get someone's attention. They finally started my server and moved it to a different node, hopefully that will make it more stable. 24 hours later, my ticket was still sitting there completely unattended, so I had to close it myself.

I love frantech/buyvm. Their support is amazing, the prices are affordable. I have worked closely with them before and it feels like they care about their customers more than their bottom line.

Returning to Frantech after five years, I'm just as impressed, if not more. Francisco and his team remain exceptionally helpful and clear in their support. Their pricing remains highly competitive, especially for their unique storage "Slabs", which I haven't found matched by any other provider.

Response to a support ticket in the early AM hours was nearly instantaneous, and allowed me to fix the problem for my cloud instance (my end, not Frantech's). The response speed and quality have been absolutely A+ in the thankfully few tickets I've had to open in the past 11 years as a customer. If you are technically savvy enough to be your own system administrator, I would absolutely recommend Frantech. Even as a low-tier customer, I get premiere customer support.

Quick responce. Still not exactly what was the problem. I've solved it by moving to different mail server as didn't have time to look into it.
