I ordered some candles on 6th December…

I ordered some candles on 6th December last year and am still sadly waiting for them to arrive 4 months later. I have sent two polite emails and an instagram message but have not heard back on when I will receive my order. I hope I receive them soon but am not sure what else I can do.

Worst client service ever - do they ever actually deliver the product or just take your money and disappear ?

A friend saw candles that I had purchased and asked for details. I told her not to bother as the service was so bad . She went a head anyway. She bought them on Dec 6 and still has not received them in mid April . She has written 2 polite e mails enquiring where they are and has had no replies . 4 months no candles and no reply . I did warn her the candles may be nice if she can ever bother to send them

Gorgeous goods from a wonderful woman

I was introduced to by Alice from a friend who has made many purchases from her over the years. I kept meaning to get something for myself and was reminded when I spotted that she was doing a fundraiser for Ukraine and finally managed to get myself something. Quick shipping and great communication all around. Very happy customer.

Worse Client service ever / actually it’s comical if it wasn’t so bad

I ordered candles late September . When I hadn’t received them approximately a few weeks later I asked on her IG page where they were as I bought them via IG . She DM’d me, said she wasn’t Amazon and was only a 1 person shop but didn’t answer my question . When a few weeks later I still hadn’t received the candles I went to her IG page as I was going to ask her again . She blocked me so I couldn’t write to her. So I found her e mail address and wrote . Radio silence for a few days then I received a 1 line reply saying she sends out chronologically . 😳. Ok but the 1 candle I ordered did finally come , it took almost a month , ( I thought I had ordered 2 so I needed to order another which I did about 5 days later, along with 2 of another colourway, all before I knew how poor her service was ) it’s now gone another 3 weeks and I haven’t received my last 2 candles . So I’m not sure there is anything chronological just spiteful .
In another e mail she didn’t tell me when I should receive my order but did say she was drinking fizz to celebrate a mention in a big Magazine . Not sure what that has to do with a client who spent £60 with not much to show .
Worst client service ever . Arrogant . Lazy . Non existent . For £20 per candle , a little courtesy wouldn’t hurt . Also she has an Interesting approach to client servicing : block clients who ask where their packages are . She was right about 1 thing: she isn’t Amazon . They wouldn’t have grown to a multi billion dollar business if they behaved like she does .
Maybe this is why she leaves no room for reviews
