Not great
The contact team does not respond to emails. I sent three over the period of a month and I have received no response. The products are fine but I was even meant to get express shipping and it took over a month to get to me.

Great Quality, worth the wait
Quality of the product is absolutely beautiful, would definitely buy again.
However, even though it was 'express' shipping, my order wasn't shipped until I enquired, and that was two weeks after the order. Worth the wait, but will know for next time.

I wish I could review my product but It…
I wish I could review my product but It has been nearly 20 days and my order has not been shipped even though express shipping was selected. There is a lack of communication as to why this is, when I sent an email asking what is happening they said end of year delays but my items have still not been shipped on the second expected date they said. I would feel better about this if they actually communicated what’s was happening or compensated for purchasing express shipping. I have received probably 5 emails asking to review this product so i guess that’s something.
