Ordered as a gift — recipient absolutely loved it!

I placed an order for a winter jacket over 4 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived. It is now spring in Ireland and I have requested my order to be cancelled and money refunded. Last two emails advised its enroute and just to wait. I want my money back. Option for zero stars should be included.

I don't even want to give this company one star! I ordered a sweater that should be at woolblend. It is only polyester. And the size and model are nothing like the pictures on their website. I have now for weeks tried to get an return address, but they keep giving me discount codes for my next purchase instead. I am giving up now and will never by anything from this company again.

Do not use this company. Ordered a blouse but it was too big when it arrived and the quality is really poor. Have tried to contact them to return the item three times so far but no response. Phone number is aboard so unable to call them. Steer clear!

I ordered what I thought were 3x cargo pants and what I received was paper thin as well as super small, I reached out with my complaint and was given a hard time and was denied a refund . I would never recommend anyone purchase anything from this Horrible company.

Do not bothering ordering from this company they offer refunds but you have to pay to return your items to Hong Kong cost me £30 and still have no refund from £100 so I’m £130 out of pocket. Suits were bad quality. Been messaging but still had no reply for 2 weeks ago now. Not sure what to do next about getting my money back.

Terrible company who refused to offer their address or any kind of refund for a coat I ordered

Never buy anything from this brand. I wanted to return pullover that did not fit and they have been avoiding to disclose process, trying lengthy sweettalking me into discount on another purchase instead.

I ordered a dark Grey jacket for my husband. When it finally arrived, it was more of a blue/lavender color and looked nothing like the website image. I immediately reached out to customer service to return the item and as of today, February 23, I'm still going back and forth with this company and still feel no closer to getting my money back. They wanted photos, I sent photos, and they responded with the item sent is the correct one. They continually offer store credit as a solution. I think I'm up to 45%. Um, no thank you. The latest communication had They letting me know for the 2nd time that I am responsible for returning the item, and responsible if it gets lost or damaged during transit. Um, to me that says don't expect your money back. Not to mention returning the item will cost roughly $50. Costly lesson for me. I will be checking reviews for any and every company going forward

Poor quality and awful communication. Have been trying to make a return which is constantly getting delayed. Would never buy from these people

Even though their website states that they accept returns, I have sent numerous emails asking to return this item and so far have received the same computer generated reply offering a discount on my next purchase.
I wish I had done my homework on this company before I ordered.

I waited 14 days for delivery, I didn't know the cloth is from China. The size of the jacket is Chinese XL and it is too small for me. The "winter jacket" is quite thin and very overpriced. Never again.

Do not shop at this store. Google needs to stop promoting scammers. They will send you clothes that look and feel like rubbish and will not let you return the items and will not give you a refund. In 2026 it is crazy that we cannot trust google to do back ground checks on the companies it prompts us to buy from. I hope people actually see this review before buying, I wish I checked. Boycott this place they will steal your money and you will be stuck.

This is a conjob the quality of the item is substandard no money back 15% off next purchase if i want to keep the item as it is costly to return, avoid this company at all costs

Got a bad quality suit and no response at all to refund

Their “refund policy” is very dishonest. I bought a pair of shoes that do not fit, and had to ask them multiple times for the return address only to find out that it is not the Netherlands address on their website but a different one in Hong Kong, which makes the shipping cost prohibitive for a pair of shoes.

It's been 10 days since I placed my order and nothing has arrived yet.

This so called company needs to be investigated for false advertising, zero trading standards and non existant customer service. One of their email addresses does not exist, the others are obviously not monitored because they do not reply despite stating that they will within 24 hours. Bought an item for Xmas which arrived after 3 weeks, nothing like what was advertised , size XL turned out to be XS disgraceful quality and unwearable. Numerous emails sent, no replies. 30 day returns long expired and no refund forthcoming. This " company " should be prosecuted
