Have sent several emails asking for a refund, but no response !! Definitely wouldn’t buy anything from them again !! Breach of trade descriptions !!

The same happened to me. Made an order on 30/12/25, no confirmation email, no shipping or tracking and gave been trying to contact them for days. No reply to my emails and the phone number is automated, bot says "I think you have the wrong number" this is definitely a scam
