Kate was very responsive on a query I made about a product availability I would buy from them again

I had high hopes when ordering from byBESPOEK based on their sleek website and promises of affordable mid-century modern furniture. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the most frustrating online furniture experiences I've had. I ordered Wishbone chairs that were advertised as in-stock or with quick shipping. What arrived was underwhelming: the finish had visible inconsistencies, one piece had uneven assembly, and the overall build felt cheaper than expected for the price. It didn't match the premium look shown in photos. Worse, delivery took far longer than promised—multiple weeks of delays with vague updates and excuses. Customer service was slow to respond, unhelpful when I raised concerns, and offered no real solutions like partial refunds or expedited fixes. I ended up with unusable furniture taking up space while waiting for missing parts or resolutions that never came. This company may have some positive reviews, but my experience was poor quality control, unreliable timelines, and inadequate support. If you're considering buying furniture here, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere—save yourself the headache and potential disappointment.

Literally the least helpful and least intuitive customer service experience I've ever had

EI am very wary of buying online from unfamiliar venues, but everything about my experience with Bespoek so far has been truly impressive: The presentation of products and description of details; the clarity of the website throughout, including the ordering and purchasing process; the clarity and directness of communication with Bespoek staff - like Amelia! - in response to questions. I just ordered my bench today, so I can't evaluate the product or its shipping, but I will certainly do that once it arrives.

Love the selection this store offers. So many mid century modern options that are customizable with various wood types and colors. Perfect to coordinate woth any decor style. Wish some of the other items i wanted were in stock! Will definitely be back to purchase more in the future.

Website is easy to navigate and all the product info is there. It is nice to read the pros and cons of the reviews and it doesn't seem like they "hide" the negative reviews from under the product. I just ordered one piece to try out to see how they delivery and plan to come back for more if they do a good job!
