Worst customer experience

Do not give this company your business. Shipping time takes 4 weeks if you're lucky. Customer service is terrible; don't expect any type of reasonable response if you need to exchange or return an item. Their "30 day Guarantee" is worthless.

I ordered two items, a cardigan and a top. The cardigan is fine and true to fit.
The top, however was too big, the material feels rubbery, and there are no tags for washing instructions. I immediately reached out to the company via email to find out about either returning or at the very least exchanging it. I was told that shipping costs would be too expensive, but as a "goodwill" gesture, they'd refund five percent of the purchase price. In other words, they'd credit $2.50 for a top I paid $50.
Skip the miserable experience.

I received two poorly made sweaters

I received two poorly made sweaters. No sizing tags inside nor any how to wash or dry tag inside either.

I contacted them for a refund. Later received a message from
This fraudulent company said that they could offer me a 5% refund as a good will

Ridiculous they lied about their refund policy

I paid $100. To them in good faith.
Be careful. Just because they are on instagram doesn’t mean they are honest.

Don’t buy from this site. It’s a scam

Do not order from this company - I wish I read this before ordering

I wish I read this before ordering. I usually do investigate online companies before ordering, but didn't this time. Everything others have said about quality and no tags, not even to tell you how to wash it!, is true. I did get a quick response when I requested a return, and was told it would cost a lot to return to Asia - even though it was shipped from CA. I asked about that too and said even though would be expensive. (?) They first offered a 5% refund on the 2 $50 items I wanted to return and I could keep them, then a counter with 10% which is still insulting. I don't think I could even sell them without a tag to say how to wash it. I've asked for 50% and willing to cut my losses if it would cost me $50 to return

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews…

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. Quality is not a sweater...it's a cheap poly blend, way oversized...no tagging. very disappointing as the picture was cute...but the quality is bad. They did answer my request for return, but said it was a seasonal item ...so no returns. Offered a $5 discount. I'm done ordering from these instagram fed companies!

Terrible customer service

I ordered a sweater and when it arrived the quality was not what I expected from the website. I have emailed twice now to get a return/refund started and gotten no response. They do, however email ads every day. Don’t order from this company!

Will not receive what you order!

As previously mentioned (wish I had looked before I purchased) you do NOT receive what you order. I ordered 5 sweaters but I received 5 waffle fabric tops. Tags were cut out of our tops also. Tried to request a refund - no response. This is terrible - unbelievable actually. There is no excuse for this bogus company. They should be ashamed.

I ordered 2 Christmas sweaters and did…

I ordered 2 Christmas sweaters and did not recieve till way past Christmas so therefore did not wear them. I have emailed twice for return/refund with no response from them. Was not sweater fabric as expected, and when arrived the tags had been cut out from the neck. I'm trying to return product with a refund. I will not order from Britney mae again. Poor product and poor customer service.

Don’t trust Britney Mae

If there were a way to put no stars or minus stars I would. I have contacted this company by email several times about an order placed Dec. 17, 2025. It is Jan 12, 2026 and my Christmas order, that they make you believe is coming from Chicago, is still not here. And gee, now it finally shows that it has been going through export. It also shows Chinese lettering on a lower part of an email. I have been told that it takes up to 1-3 days to process and 4-10 days to deliver. I live less than 2 hrs from chicago. They are a scam. They lie. I don’t have my order and there is nothing useful on the tracking information for me to use to figure out where it is now other than it did finally make it to Anaheim California.

The sizes were so far off

The sizes were so far off, they will not accept a return even when I want replacement merchandise. The fabric was good, but this is terrible. Example I ordered a 12-14, it had to be at least 20 or larger!!!

If I could give ZERO stars

If I could give ZERO stars - I would! Absolutely terrible product. Not what is pictured online at all and the fit is not standard fitting. The product is cheaply made. DO NOT ORDER from this place. They also don’t honor the 100% - 30 day money back guarantee- as the product has to go back to the warehouse in China!

Be Careful-Is this Company a Fraud?

This company markets a feel-good story, advertised festive holiday sweaters, (and women clothing) pictured as high quality goods, based in Chicago, IL with a 30-day money back guarantee in the banner, product description includes a 30 day return, and in the Q&A a 30 day return is noted. However, the product ships from China, (ordered 12/17, received 1/5) the quality is horrific and they refuse any returns/refunds.
