Cheap prices - Long respons time and little to no technical knowledge on the employees on support centre.
I sent them a mail and asked for help choosing correct materials for a project.
Got a reply that they do not provide support for this.
I tried putting together a shopping list to my best of abilities and hit the "order" button. Shopping basket wouldn't update with my materials, and also no delivery options was available. I contacted support again stating I had an issue ordering from their homepage and gave them screen shots of the issue.
Waited a day and sent them a reminder to my mail.
Waited another 5 days and sent them a new reminder about my mail.
Got a reply that they do not provide support for this type of issue.
So, yea. They are cheap. But for a reason I guess. I ended up buying from a couple of competitors and got it for almost same price, but at the same time someone put together the shopping list for me, made some reccomendations along the way and guided me through the process.
