I love Goodiebox, their products are incredible, I get excited every time I receive them, they also have very good customer service, good job🫶🏻

Great customer service when I experienced problems with delivery. Communication was quick and clear by email and my questions were always answered in an informative and friendly manner.

The customer service are always hands on. Always finding quick way to find the solution or answer my questions.

They sent a box and marked it as delivered although according to the shipping company, DHL, it never was. To update the status of an order as received when the tracking clearly says otherwise is just lying knowingly. I have sent various emails since March 8th regarding this and so far no one from the company bothered to answer. DHL needs me to provide the shipper's post code in order to check this and hopefully deliver it, but this information is not available and as no one is replying, no one is providing it. I actually cannot even locate the tracking number on Goodiebox's site anymore, luckily I have it saved outside of it from before. Abysmal customer service.

Edit - responded to Facebook messages, told me the box will be delivered soon, then that it was lost and told me they will send a new one and add an extra hand cream to compensate for the trouble. I got the new package but it was only this handcream worth 2 eur, nothing else. They also reported my review to trustpilot as fake, despite the fact they have me registered as a customer with the same details as here. Terrible

I requested assistance 3 times, the person was polite and professional. My issue is not the employee. My issue is that according to the tracking information, my goodiebox was only picked up on the 6th of Feb! I have been told for 3 weeks I would be receiving this... there is an obvious disconnect between shipping and billing. I will be canceling my subscription, for 2 reasons, 1) the shipping is not done well and results in a stressful experience. 2) I have a repeated product, from the January box (I have yet to receive) to the February box that I was just charged for... So the idea of trying fun new products from one month to the next is not occurring, it leaves the impression that I am getting leftovers from the previous month's stock.

It took just a week to arrive, all the products are legit and incredible! The presentation of the box, just elegant! I just want the box once a month not twice, anything else 💯!!
