Had an issue with deleting the subscription, they responded super quickly and were very useful.
Received a refund the same day!!

Customer Service Experience - Excellent!!

I had a payment subscription issue and sent an email to Loftie. Carolina and Joymaeh worked so efficiently - the issue was resolved in a few hours, with no chasing up on my behalf!

Excellent customer service!

I initially experienced a delivery issue and my order was unfortunately returned to the sender. However, the Loftie support team handled the situation exceptionally well.

They were responsive, efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They quickly investigated the issue, kept me informed, and arranged for the clocks to be shipped again without any hassle.

Problems can happen with any company — what really matters is how they are resolved. In this case, Loftie's customer support exceeded my expectations.

A special thank you to the support team for their professionalism and kindness. I am now looking forward to receiving my two Loftie clocks.

The very best service

The very best service. Friendly, to the point and always looking for the best solution. I love good customer service.

The product itself looks amazing. Still need to figure out the sounds, the unwind routine and stuff, but already love my Loftie-clock. The design is fantastic, sound is good, and light you can adjust easely with the strength you wish for.

Already love my Loftie and look forward to go to bed every night

The best in customer service!

I contacted customer support late at night, well after "business" hours, and received an immediate response. My issue was handled swiftly and with professionalism. I love my Loftie clock, I just didn't need the Loftie Rest subscription.

I bought my children a loftie each for…

I bought my children a loftie each for their bedrooms. The dim red night light is perfect and hard to find elsewhere (UK). I love that the app is not needed to control all aspects of the device. My children love their Lofties and even took them on holiday. I have been very happy with the customer service too.
