Confuses one customer with another in communication.
To add: It has been more than 72 hours and I have had no response.
I do not have the parcel nor a refund and your team has been unhelpful in both regards.

Sadly I have been sent the wrong size…
Sadly I have been sent the wrong size cat food items and is currently being sorted. It hasn't been the first time that I had problems with my order being wrong. I am hoping that this won't happen again . I could only give 3 stars this time . I must add though, Bymit are really good at returning the money back .
