Wished I had read reviews before ordering. The order mysteriously vanished from Yodel tracking. Yodel Ai chat service useless. It seems my 2 for 1 offer may not materialise but fortunately it was a small amount money wise. Company making money if this is a fraudulent website. Obviously too good to be true!

Received order as scheduled, but after a few days looked at them. Faux leather is okay, colors I ordered were nice. My phone fits, provided no case. From the look at other picture it looked like there were more compartments which it is basically 1, for coins. For cards usual wallets have a pocket behind them. This one does not, disappointing. The sides are not closed off so there is and opening on either side. The coin pocket is nothing more than cardboard with material around it. Wish I have taken the logo deal only and not the third bag at 65% off.

They advertise a pink bag. I ordered two black and one pink. They sent me two black and one ugly tan color. I contacted them and they tell me the tan one is pink. I would never order from them again!!

Horrible, received 2 wallets, one the phone fits but the other does not. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all. Would not offer an exchange, all they offered was a 10% discount if I kept the wallet I could not use ($4.00 credit) or I needed to ship it to Australia. Still no resolution.

Zero is my review for this scam of a company. Ordered 3 bags on 2nd December, and after numberless emails asking where the order still was, I was informed that the bags were still in production. How??? Advertised as ready to order then not ready to be sold at all as still in production?? Anyway, it’s way past Christmas now and still no bags. I have realised I’ve been scammed. That’s a first for me, but most definitely a last. Please please, run away, run away from this site. Full time scammers with no good deeds in mind for the affected customers and our many lost in the process. I am livid!! Do not order from them!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Place and order on December 2, and still have not received it. You can’t talk to a person you have to email them. Their tracking is horrible. These were gifts I ordered for other people.I’ll never order again from them.

This company has an F rating with the BBB. A 22 out of 100 gaurdio score. The products ordered where shipped from Illinois, if for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase you must ship back to Australia. They offer you a 15%- 25% refund to keep the merchandise. I purchased two bags, that do not hold my cards or my cellphone, they smell like mildew and are cheaply made. After several emails they did offer a 25% refund. In my case, shipping to Australia with tracking from the US with tracking will cost near what was paid for the bags. They are deception intheir advertising. Not worth the headache. This is a SCAM company taking advantage of consumers during the holidays.

Seems like this company and its UK website was set up to scam people to buy for Xmas, and then closed to avoid dealing with all the many complaints, returns and refunds.

They seem to be no longer trading. So any reviews after 28/2/24 are likely to be fake.
If you do find them, please AVOID OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Bag received was wrong colour. They wanted me to return it to AUSTRALIA AT MY COST, WHICH WAS MORE THAN I PAID.
They offered to send a replacement, or 15% refund, then all emailing from them stopped 😡

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED, PLEASE TRY PAYPAL AND/OR YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET A REFUND.

Originally my package of buy one get one free crossbody wallets was delivered to the wrong street but I went on a hunt and found it. Jade at Selena was helpful in sending me a picture of the delivery so that's how I found the house. All in all I would say that even though the zippers are a bit cheap everything works fine and it will work well for me for some travel. My smartphone fits comfortably in the front pocket and there is generous room inside the wallet. No complaints here other than having to hunt down my delivery. Thank you Jade at Selena for working with me on finding this package.

Product quality is cheap. Site says full refund if unsatisfied but does not specify that you have to pay to ship it back to Australia, which will cost more than the cost of the product. So they will give you 15% back instead. Don’t buy from them.

I elected to return my order because the material and structuring of the item looked cheap. I couldn’t find a return address on their website so I sent it to the address on the return label which is in Texas. Customer Service now says it’s to be return to Australia and shipping would be more than the item. Had the product been quality, I would never have known that the vendor has dishonest business practices.

Run, don't walk away. This product is trash, as is, the customer service.

Bunch of crooks....shoddy goods...no communications.....STAY WELL CLEAR

I have not received my order placed in December. when chased, advised no longer exists , tried via Face Book as well as email. reply email states no longer exists.

Late delivery.Poor quality and not fit for the purpose. Wasted money!!! Do not want any further contact with this company.

I wished to return a phone bag (+one free) bought as a Christmas present. My wife didn't think she would use them. This is their reply:
"If you choose to return the wallets, you can send them back to our main office in Australia ....". "....as per our return policy, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.". "If you prefer not to return the wallets, we can offer you a 15% partial refund on your order total".

I note that their website is not available and Gmail tells me that their email address no longer exists! Gone out of business maybe?

Do not buy these bags - poor quality, and the most blatant error is they actually do not fit a phone!! So completely useless. The inner zip one one bag is already broken and the opening is so tight and badly made that to get anything in and out is simply irksome. I am so cross I have fallen for this scam - and they won't give a refund so be warned!!

I bought this bag thinking I could fit my IPhone in the pocket, however it does not fit as the pocket is not long enough. The image on the advert shows an IPhone so I assumed it would fit. Also it's very poor quality. The strap was already broken and could not be attached to the bag

Ok. After ordering two Clutch bags I was directed to Trustpilot and was horrified to see virtually 100% dissatisfaction and thought “Well that was a huge mistake!” and decided to “write off” the order and did not expect to receive them. Well much to my surprise….the package containing both bags (they are more a purse that a bag) arrived - much to my amazement. Of course that doesn’t make all the previous complaints invalid but I did receive mine safely. And because of that I’m giving Byselena 5Stars.
