I bought an eSIM and the process was…

I bought an eSIM and the process was cery easy and seamless. Sadly, the eSIM didn’t work in my destination. I contacted them and even though we tried to do everything Customer Service told us to do, the eSIM never worked (it was a very remote destination, so probably the networks were not in sync or sth). Then, they offered a refund which was processed very fast. So, their support services was very efficient and friendly!

I was amazed by your exceptional…

I was amazed by your exceptional customer service. Very prompt responses via e-mail. I would say almost as fast as if I was chatting with someone. I was able to get refunds for mistakes that I've made installing/purchasing. The staff was persistent is resolving the issue and patiently waited for action on my part. I had good experience with actual products as well. Once installed, it worked without problem. It is a bit hard for older adults to install/activate, but with the great customer service, I would keep coming to back to use this company for eSIM needs.

The customer service is very responsive…

The customer service is very responsive and patient when solving my issue. It took 1 hour trial and error and finally found the root cause why I couldn't connect to internet was due to the remaining VPN profile. Although I didn't turn on VPN but the remaining profile somehow stopped my eSIM from working properly.

This support today deserves an Oscar

This support guy/girl today deserves an Oscar for his/her patiences and competence to navigate me through my WiFi / Data jungle! Connectivity is also excellent. Better than my neighbours WiFi!
