Hassle free eSIM. It just works. My experience has been in Germany, Austria, Italy and Canada. Easy to set up. Never had an issue with the connection. Always bought unlimited data. Prices are fair.

Great service - can't fault it. They were there at all ours when I had a query across UK/Canada timezones. Elsewhere though, the actual product was tricky to install because the app had 'expired it'. Problem solved in the end based on 1 2 1 help.

Super helpful with mu request to activate a day early. And also smooth activation and good signal in UK and Canada.

Used in Canada and I could not recommend ByteSIM more! Everything worked perfectly voice calls and data too. Customer service very helpful! I made a mistake in starting date and it was no problem with changing it to the correct one. Very satisfied with the product and service also price was great. Five stars!

I purchased a 1 day 500M data plan fot my visit to Canada the realized I needed 3 days worth. I texted the Help Center and they said they would refund my purchase so that I can buy the 3 day plan. That’s what I call Customer Service! Excellent!

Had an issue today with my second order for an eSIM although had worked perfectly for the last week moving between Canada and New York seamlessly.
I sent a Whatts app message and was talked through what I needed to do with shared images between the 2 of us.
Happy with the service and will be recommending to friends and family for when they travel in the future.

I recently had a WhatsApp chat with an agent for my issue with not getting connected after bought the eSIM and agent was very kind enough to sort it out in less than 10 mins with ease. Really happy with such quick service and it’s mid-night in Toronto, Canada.

I bought a 14-day SIM card for Canada, it was easy to set up and immediately worked on 5G+. I had a data access issue for one day but thanks to the WhatsApp chat, I resolved it quickly. 5 stars.

It is my first time using esim, and I tried Bytesim. It works ideally. This is very affordable for seven days compared to the roaming fee from my provider in Canada, and I save more for choosing Bytesim.

I have been using Airalo for the US and Canada, and AirSim for Asia, and they work perfectly fine. However, I became interested in ByteSim after reading some great reviews. Additionally, their data pricing is very competitive, if not lower, compared to the other brands I mentioned (I hope it stays the same). During my recent trip to the US, I tried ByteSim. The eSim purchase was seamless and the setup was easy. I did encounter some technical issues with my data dashboard and had the opportunity to experience their tech support, which was prompt and top-notch.

I bought a esim for Canada, the speed was decent but the ping was crazy high when I compared it to an other esim which I had on my work sim.
I tried to look when the ping was so high and it seemed like the traffic went through Taiwan.
I wrote the support and told them my issue, they gave me some tricks to try out but without success they then gave me a full refund. So I got to say the best customer support I’ve ever had!

If u just want a esim with decent data speed and don’t care about the traffic going through Taiwan, then I can absolutely recommend them!

Bytesim have excellent customer support and an excellent product. The respond within minutes (sometimes seconds), via whatsapp support. I have used them extensively in Asia and also in canada. All with out issue. The only reason i’ve needed to contact customer service is through my own error. It was no fault with the product. High recommended when travelling.

Bytesim for USA/Canada. Noticed my phone doesn't support ESIM, contacted them and they responded to me very quickly and offered a refund. I'm super impressed and would use their service again.

I’ve bought and activated my eSim for Canada today but now I’m reading another review stating it will start immediately while my vacation is still 15 days away. I paid USD44!! I trusted this would work like the other providers where it will start once you land in your destination country and it starts connnecting to the local network. Whats the sense of starting immediately when you are in a different continent and don't have access to Bell, Telus etc?

Please tell me if I can get a refund because this really sucks.
