The person was not willing to take a return as it was outside the 30 day window. The brand is sold directly at Nordstrom and has a 90 day return window!!! Avoid this Brand!!!
Really poor customer service. Falsely advertise their suitcases as fitting carry-ons in a country where they don’t fit in any of the major airlines. They have been unable to provide any kind of return, refund, or exchange for a bag that went a one airport. So now I’m stuck with a suitcase that literally can’t be used for its purpose in this country, and is too small to be worth checking for a flight.
I bought a ILOJ Nylon Crossbody Strap which cost $60. It is absolutely useless. The part of the strap which goes between phone and phone case is made of fabric- it keeps bunching up and as a result pulls the case from phone. Thus, my phone was forced out of case - went crashing to the floor and the corners are now scratched which means I lose out on Apple trade in. My phone is an Apple16 pro max -less than a year old. I wanted to trade in for a 17 pro max but now can’t get a decent trade in. For the protection your phone -do not trust this strap.
