Eight of our items arrived cracked or broken, including several fragile pieces that we had flagged and packed carefully. The company was not transparent about the actual shipping timeline, which shifted without clear communication, and we were blindsided by several hidden costs that only became apparent after the move was underway.
Perhaps most frustrating was the insurance process: assigning a value to each item was overly complex and poorly explained, making it difficult to know whether we were adequately covered. We felt left in the dark throughout, with minimal guidance or clarity.
We expected a far more professional and transparent service and would not recommend them based on our experience.
