It was the first Time i was using this…

It was the first Time i was using this type of transport and I’ll never will again. I’m in Lisbon and taxi is cheaper and safer. The driver was late and not honest. He wanted to take more money from me without reason he could’nt speak portuguese nor english well. Again he didn’t Want to go and took time to pray next to me in the car before to go (Never saw such a behavior before and I’m muslim). One of my parent talked to him he was a real awful person to be with and did valid a ride i never done with him because he made a mistake and went to another direction instead of coming pick me up. The app is bad and they steal your money.. Awful.

It's been good so far

It's been good so far. Sometimes, the drivers are not reliable by not coming to your exact location, not speaking English, or even cancelling the rides. But Cabify always refunds within minutes.

I would rate cabify zero stars

I would rate cabify zero stars. App is faulty, and customer service is terrible. Cancelled a trip when it said it was still free to cancel and then was later charged. Contacted customer service and they refused to return the charge stating that we had a driver assigned, yet nothing stated that on the app. Avoid this service!!!!

Not to be used in Alicante.

Downloaded this when in Alicante, Spain - one of the cities they list as having service available in. I booked a taxi at 10pm to be collected the next morning at 8.30am to go to the airport. At 8am i booked a local taxi to do the job as the run had not been allocated to anyone. I think they'd be better not advertising as supporting a city when they obviously don't - Uber said they had no one there.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Was charged €17 for a trip that could not come. Tried to contact cabify for a refund, there was no appropriate form to contact them so I had to pick a random one and fill out my issue. I asked many questions none of which were answered by the person who replied (Maariana). AWFUL response time, I emailed them 5 times with no reply before a response after a few days not answering my questions. Maariana then ended the email chain, I assume they said that they responded and therefore the issue was resolved on their end, therefore I had to fill out another form to contact them again. They also said my card was linked to another account which they could not tell me about for ‘privacy’ reasons which was not true.

Scam company with fake promo codes on app

I used the app for the first time to the Barcelona airport because of a promo code and it did not work so I owed the full amount and did not want to be late for my flight. The driver was not at fault, it is the company who gives you fake promotions and never responds to the complaint. It did cost way more than mytaxi! I’m so upset. Ban this shady company!

Worst taxi app ever.

This app appears a viable alternative to Uber: it's not. Based in Spain, it appears mainly active in South America: for good reason. It's basically a rip off of Uber, without the support network, without any customer service, and, unlike the other taxi apps, apparently without any facility for the driver to cancel a trip he can't make or doesn't want. Which leaves the driver or the poor passenger taking the fall, since, as mentioned, there is no customer service. I've been waiting for 36 hours now for any response concerning a trip I never took but Cabify charged me - since the driver couldn't cancel it...avoid at all costs: it's as close to a scam as it gets. Obviously Cabify considers it's customer base as nothing more than bank accounts. No phone number, no response to any emails in Spanish, Portuguese or English, it'll take your money and run. Buyer beware.

Ordered a taxi.. he accepts then calls and says hes not coming didnt cancel so I had to cancel and was charged 3 euros for nothing .. will never use again.

1)Reservation does not work

1)Reservation does not work: The so-called 'Reservation' options is NOT. They only schedule the time to LOOK for a driver. In many cases they wont find it - usually because people SCHEDULE their rides for off-peak hours (like an early ride to the airport)

2) Cost - it does NOT always beat the taxi cost (or even Uber). Expensive for poor service

I am a regular user of cabify in Spain…

I am a regular user of cabify in Spain and I am quite pleased with the service. Kind drivers, clean cars, asking the customer for their preference on air condition, radio, etc. Very nice.

The only downside is the amount of minutes customers usually need to wait due to the current lack of available cars.

I have reserved a taxi days in advance - No taxi

I have reserved a taxi days in advance, to catch an important flight. I even left a note, explaining it is a flight, it is important and please be on time. The taxi did not arrive. 4:30 am, with a baby and a lot of luggage, I was stranded. No taxis on the street, Uber unwilling to take me (no child seat available). Terrible weather. At 5 am notification from Cabify arrives they have no drivers available. What?! I was almost late for the flight, my baby and me was stressed and tired.In the end I used Radio Taxi which I recommend for Valencia

I ordered a Cabify to take me to the bus station so I could go to Granada. The app told me multiple times I would have to wait over 15 minutes for a driver. I even had drivers calling me to cancel the ride. After waiting over 30 minutes for a ride, I was late for my bus and missed it. It ended up me having to spend over $100 just to get to Granada from Madrid. When I contacted Cabify, they were unwilling to pay me back for the rides I had and had no compassion towards my awful situation which was there fault. There poor service ended up in me having to spend the whole day traveling, and the fact they were unwilling to pay me back for what they put me through! I will never use them again. I am going to uber!

Awful customer services

Awful customer services. I was left stranded twice in a day, in the morning and the afternoon with no apology or compensation whatsoever from customer services. It's a shame because drives and cars are good quality. I'm going to Uber now!

Something forgotten in the car, something lost forever.

I have used several times Cabify in my country, Spain. The last time I used it, I lost my package in the car. When I contacted the customer service, a minutes after, in order to let them know that the package was still there, they answered me saying that there was nothing and that apparently the talked with the driver and he confimrs that I forgot nothing there, which is false obviously. I tried by email again with the worst customer service ever, and the only info I obtained was "please take a look into the terms and conditions". This is unacceptable, the driver was late, the ride was as slow as possible, I was late for my meeting, and I lost my package (valued at 50€). This is the last time I take your cars.

Lack of service & responsibilities

We had a flight at 6 in the morning (in Sevilla) and we needed a good solution to get to the airport. We needed the Cabify at 4 in the morning. I did the reservation the night before and everything seemed fine. They even sent out a confirmed reservation E-mail. I thought, wow this is fast easy and professional. Well, I thought.... No Car/Van no one showed up at 4 in the morning. I just want to point out that i was waiting outside with my wife and our 3 months old twins. I later found out, that this wasn´t even a real "reservation". They just try to find a car at the advised time and then they see what happens. This has nothing to do with a proper reservation. I would change this, or at least mark out that this isnt a fully valid and confirmed reservation. To Short it up: We called RADIO TAXI and within 3 minutes we had a nice Taxi with a nice driver. And for this i gladly pay the 5-8 Euros more. Thank you for nothing.

Lost items

I lost my keys on a cabify in Lisbon. After 4 days of contacting them i get a reply that they talked with the driver and that he has my key.

After that i call them everyday for 3 WEEKS! where everyday they tell me that the driver never brought the keys back and that he will bring it on the next day.

Still waiting with a terrible costumer service.

Overpriced Scammers

Uploaded a coupon stating 30% off my ride for the first 3 rides.
Never got the discount for my 3 rides in Barcelona. Reported it and was told by admin that this was only valid in Mexico!
The trip cost was at least 10 - 25% more than Uber and regular Taxi.
They charged an additional amount of 8 euros on top of the ride to the airport. Never said anything about extra baggage charges.
Stay away from these scam artists!
