Good need to update shipping ap but hinge looks better than hinge replaced

I liked that they had the draw slides I wa ted. I received the draw slides very fast, sooner then I expected. Very happy with the process.

Paid for 2-4 day shipping and our items didn’t ship for a week, then took another 6 days to get here. We also never got a confirmation email and had no idea where the parts were until we called and got the order number. Very disappointing, we will never order from cabinetparts again

Website was easy to navigate. They offered a 27 Quart Double Wood Bottom Mount Soft-Close Trash Pull-Out Waste Container. One of the few that would fit my existing cabinet. I also received discounts. Very quick shipment, good quality and after adjustments to my cabinet, easy to install. Very happy with my purchase.

I was able to find the replacement hinges I needed. Even though the hinge I was trying to replace was discontinued, Sherry, the online assistant, guided me to the correct replacement hinge for our cabinets. Staff seems to very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

My trash/recycle slide out couldn't handle much weight. Its all wood and heavy with the cabinet face attached too. I tried slides from box stores. No more than 25 lbs ratings available. Fixed it twice with sub-par slides. Still couldn't handle much weight, especially trying to gently push trash down. Not any more. Total over kill with 150 lb rated slides, but... I'm done. Its fixed, works well and probably can be used a seat!!

I had an inside corner cabinet door hinge break. I had no luck finding anything to replace it. I filled out the web form for help at CabinetParts.com and Frank in sales got back to me right away. With just the photos I sent in, and measurements I took Frank found the hinges I needed. I was skeptical because the design had changed, but they fit perfectly, even in the same screw holes. I was very impressed.

My order arrived missing one drawer slide and two drawer slides are severely damaged. I A small contractor so I don’t usually get a lot of help from these big companies. Hopefully, they’ll be able to make it right for me in time for my customer.

Sherry did a fantastic job finding the right hinges for my cabinet and helping to complete my order by ensuring I had all the parts I needed. The order was shipped promptly and was received sooner than expected. The installation instructions were helpful and the hardware works perfectly.

Their website was easy to navigate and their prices were good. Giving them 3-stars because of the shipping... it's not their fault FedEx takes a week to ship from Florida to New York but they are the one's using them...

Very impressed with the prompt response to our inquiries, the way customer service really dug in to help us to get what we needed. And they proved they know their stuff, hardware worked perfectly. We now have a functioning trash drawer that doesn’t have to be kept closed with a brick! Ah, the simple pleasures…thanks again, glad we chose to work with you.

I was shopping on line for a blind corner pullout shelf and was a little hesitant about ordering one. I had a particular space issue in my kitchen. Contacted sales and asked for some insight as to the shelf I was looking at would work. Did want to order one try to install it to find out it wouldn’t work. Took a few pictures and gave sales a few measurements and they came back with a recommendation and a link to the one that would work which was different than the one I was looking to purchase . This saved me a lot of money time and frustration. Thanks again to the sales team for the insight.

Terrible experience, as a General Contractor who could have been a repetitive client for this company we were greatly disappointed in the product and then the customer service that followed. A basket was purchased for install and the size was not correct, they would not accept an exchange or return so we had to shop at Home Depot that was more that happy to help us complete our task. Home Depot gave us multiple options and have great return policies! These baskets purchased were brand new never installed by our team due to the size being to large, the return was attempted the day after they were received and the return was denied. Save yourself money and headaches, stay away from this company.

This company really shines! The product was produced exactly as I ordered. The packaging was the best I’ve seen from any company or product I’ve ever ordered. I ordered roughly 75 door and drawers and all were double or triple bubble wrapped with all box corners extra protected…every piece was perfectly delivered. In addition, all customer service agents were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
I can’t say enough good things about Cabinet Parts. Especially in today’s climate, they stand apart.
