My first order from cabletiesandmore arrived very quickly! I was happy that they had a large selection and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The super fast shipping was the cherry on top! There was a minor issue with my order so I had to contact customer service. They responded very promptly and took great care of me! I would absolutely recommend them.
They are my new sole source for my cable tie needs.

Not a trustworthy company
Received the wrong item but was told it was what I had ordered. Had to show them the original order before they would ship the correct one out. Decided to return an item from that order and did get a rma as per their process. Now they claim they never received it. Will not buy from again.
Update as of Aug 17 - company reached out and provided a suitable compromise; provided refund less shipping I would have incurred.

Tried to receive a refund for a purchase when the wrong item was shipped. Company could not even verify what was shipped to me without constant emails asking for model and serial numbers of items shipped. Would not recommend shopping with a business with such poor customer service relations. If you dont know what product your shipping out to your customers, and your only concern is the purchase and the money received, maybe you shouldn't be selling to the general public!
