If I could give 0 stars I would. Diabolical company to deal with. Placed an order on 6th February with no delivery after a month - despite the confirmation email advising I would receive my order within 3 to 10 days. Communication was awful. Thankfully I paid by PayPal so have received a full refund and have also complained to Trading Standards. Companies like this should not be allowed to carry on trading. Avoid the grief, buy somewhere else.

Ordered chair covers 3 weeks ago. No email confirmation and when I emailed them it came back as undeliverable. How do these websites get away with it?

I wrote an earlier review saying the goods hadn’t arrived. Now they are here and my friends are pleased with them. The covers stretch to fit awkward shapes and they are made of a thick material which is pleasant to the touch. I’m rating our experience as poor as we had such difficulty contacting the company and the delay in delivery was largely unexplained. I’ve contacted my friend’s card provider to stop them pursuing Cabrexa.

Avoid at all costs. Christmas chair covers arrived today after ordering them 2 weeks ago! Pattern didn’t even remotely resemble the website image I had chosen. The greeting ‘Merry Christmas’ appeared upside down on the back of chair and the gold reindeer had inexplicably been replaced by a Santa mitten and/or Santa hat! Speechless. Given the other reviews I hold out no hope of a refund and have binned the chair covers. Merry Christmas indeed!

The goods were slow to arrive, of shoddy quality and then there has been no refund and only one response to my communication to date.

Awful experience. I helped friends order sofa covers on 12th November which never came despite chase up emails. I asked Cabrexa to refund my friends - it didn't happen. I tried live chat but it was dead!!!!! Now my friends are having to dispute the card payment with their bank. I suggest that you avoid using this company.

Very concerned about this company. Ordered from this company Cabrexa.co.uk (NOT Cabrexa.com) website states 5-10 day delivery.
It has been 10 days since order placed - 5 days ago received a tracking order number with Royal Mail but it appears the parcel has not been handed to Royal Mail yet!
I have tried to ring company but the number does not connect and their online chat is switched off. I have now sent them an email and am awaiting a response.
I found this company through Facebook so I am about to challenge them via this platform but I think I may have lost my money. I will update if I get a response.
