Tom and his team were great to work with, helped us navigate what was quite a stressful process (trying to buy a flat during the stamp duty holiday) with zen like calmness and pragmatic clarity! I can't recommend them enough.

My experience with Martyn Peters of Caenstone was excellent. Martyn was extremely thorough and explained all of my options very clearly - this was my first purchase so the process was very new to me, and made much easier by Martyn. He was very patient throughout the whole process and was just a phone call away to offer his advice and expertise when things with the purchase and solicitors weren't running as smoothly as hoped. I ended up having to change solicitors at the last minute for various reasons, and Martyn was very helpful and efficient at getting my mortgage offer reissued and my Help to Buy authority to proceed through in a very tight timeframe. I will stick with Martyn at Caenstone when I look to re-mortgage or purchase again and highly recommend Martyn to anyone looking for a trustworthy, efficient and reliable mortgage broker.

Caenstone were excellent and helped us move. It wasn't an easy house move due to various problems with the house itself but Kyle Johnson was very patient and incredibly helpful throughout. I would thoroughly recomend using them (and Kyle!) to anyone else.
