I’m really pleased with the product and experience! I received quick answers from customer support, and my product was on its way (to Sweden) the day after I placed the order.

Love this company

Saw some bad reviews on here, but decided to give it a go anyway, as I love the look of their products and the fact that they are made in Europe.
Got the XL Cuadra bed in corduroy which arrived within the expected timeline and the look of it and the quality is incredible. Also my dog loved it right away.
I don’t usually write reviews, but had to jump on here and share mine as I find it important to support European companies with ethical agendas :)

If the company is clearly identified

I placed an order with Cafide months ago, and I still have not received it. There’s no clear tracking, and I have no idea if or when it will ever arrive. I’ve emailed four times requesting an update or a cancellation, but I’ve been completely ignored.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. If a company can’t fulfill orders or respond to its customers, they shouldn’t be taking people’s money. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you’re fine with paying for something that may never show.

No customer service

Terrible customer service

We ordered a bed for our puppy last summer. The main cushion zipper broke within a few weeks of use. I fixed it myself but then the large zipper on the outer cushions also broke. We contacted their support to get a replacement. They took forever to answer before finally sending a replacement. Except the sent the wrong product… we have been trying to get a response for over a month without a response. On Instagram they even blocked my account. This company is a scam
