DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have placed MULTIPLE orders on their website, only to receive an email later that the item I purchased is out of stock. They will then offer to keep you on a waitlist (after you’ve already paid for the item) and NEVER send you the item. I’ve waited months for my items to come and they never arrive, even when the website says that the item is IN STOCK the whole time. If you try to email the company, they will continue to claim the item is out of stock, and they won’t help you in any way unless you demand a refund. In addition, I noticed that if I try to place a relatively cheap order ($10-15), their website will tell me that they don’t ship to my address. If I add a few more items to my cart, suddenly they ship to my address. I seriously would not recommend ordering from this company, it’s a scam and their customer service is terrible (although I thankfully was able to get my money back for the items I never received).

I wish I could give a testimony on the quality of the product, but quite simply, I cannot. I ordered a piece of jewelry as a birthday gift for my girlfriend 17 days prior to when I needed it with the shipping details claiming I would receive it within 12 days. I am currently on day 21 and my package has not even been shipped. When I reached out, I was told that there was a slight shipping delay. A slight shipping delay does not add 10+ days on to when the package arrives and the lack of communication surrounding this delay is disturbing. If you expect to have any consistency in terms of your package truly arriving within the promised timeframe, choose another company; This one's a joke.

I found this company during COVID, and they were fantastic. Fast forward a couple years later, I bought my niece her first pair of Huggies, and they broke with minimal wear after the return window had closed and she refused to send another pair or refund my money I will never buy from them again

I’ve ordered several pieces from them and am thrilled with the quality. Shipping takes a little bit but these are all custom pieces so understandable

Ordered 2 pairs of earrings and 4 bracelets. I'm allergic to nickel, and their site advertised that their jewelry isn't made with nickel. It's supposedly silver and gold-plated -- it's not. Total scam. I only wore the jewelry for a few hours before I was breaking out in a red rash. And, half my order didn't arrive, despite it being marked as "delivered". The earrings are not of normal size too, they are much larger than regular flatback piercings so they barely fit in my ears. I contacted them to explain that I needed a refund because I'm allergic to the cheap metals in their jewelry and they refused, only giving me store credit. I told them store credit was useless because their falsely advertising no nickel jewelry, and I got some bullshit runaround response. This company is an absolute scam, as others have said. Do not buy.

Update: After being contacted by the company after this review, I was reassured I would be fully refunded for all the products. After two weeks, I have recieved only about 1/3 of the refund and they have not responded to my requests for the rest of the refund.

Ordered a bracelet on July 13th. Said it was shipping July 29th which was still concerning. Contacted them and heard nothing. Now suddenly it says it will be here on Aug 11th. 6 days after it was supposed to be a birthday present. I don’t even know about the quality but their delivery sucks.

I ordered several custom necklaces for gifts. They are beautiful and arrived in the estimated shipping/processing time as communicated on their website. I had a panic moment when the estimated delivery window per USPS provided odd updates with later delivery date (would have arrived days after I needed to give them to people), and Kate/customer service was very responsive. I would shop here again.

Horrible. Purchased earrings from Today Show steals & Deals. One Earring arrived broken. Contacted
seller to resolve. They stated they could not refund money, but I should use their 90 day warranty.
Requested information to use their 90 day warranty. As of today, July 17, 2025, no information as to their 90 day warranty.

Worst buying experience ever. They messed up the address change and have continued to cause me problems for 2 months now, havent even received the product. Shipped it to a wrong address then reshipped it again when I clearly told them not to do it, I didnt want it anymore because the occasion I was buying it for has long passed and I needed to buy a new gift.

Refuse to issue me a refund and when I initiated it with my bank they are disputing the request even if I never received their product.

Awful merchant, do not recommend at all

Ordered a ton of jewelry on there. ALL my ‘gold’ rings turned silver within a week. I sent them pictures and they gave me a store credit but it’s extremely disappointing. Clearly these are NOT 18k gold plated. There is no place to leave reviews either and none of their emails give me options to leave reviews.

The products look pretty and the packaging is great but took a long time to ship. Also, the quality of the rings is bad. Wore it for 2 weeks and the gold is already coming off. The necklace still looks fine so far.
I found it weird there were very thorough care instructions since for a bit more money I can find actual good quality gold plated jewelry on other webshops that also advertise it as wearable under any condition

My orginal complaint I sent to the company: I order the moon and star earrings, they are way darker of a gold and the stones are not even shiny, you can’t see them. I am looking at the picture and what I was sent and am definitely speechless!!

My review: The jewerly is a bad yellow high gold and cheap and cheesy! I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone!!! They charge 6$ for return and force a store credit on you! Not worth the money for the bad fake jewerly!

Update: The company has reached out for me to return the item for a full refund. I did respond and ask for a new prepaid label to be provided, since i no longer had the old one.

I shall be back to update my review if they honor their word. Customer service is everything and if I brought a product that is made in different batches of gold and come out more cheap looking that is not a fault of mine. A disclaimer should be added to the website for all gold products. It's important that consumers know it has ranges and is not consistent in quality.

Poor quality. All their products can be found in Chinese marketplaces: Aliexpress, Shein and Alibaba. They just dropship for a price x20 upper in their shop, Etsy or Amazon. Just search from their products images in Google Lens and you will find coincidences in Chinese marketplaces.
Don't trust

Bought a bracelet on impulse, so partially my fault. A day after I purchased the bracelet, it went on sale. I emailed asking for a price match (which on the website it says they do), they respond and said they don't adjust pricing if the item goes on sale after? To me that's a price match, but ok. I finally get the bracelet and it looks sooooo cheap. The gold is this bright fake color, horrible. I reach back out to exchange/get store credit, because there is no way I am wearing this tacky thing. Kate responds with this lengthy process for store credit, its ridiculous, a 5 step process. Just to return the ugly thing was a hassle so I decided to just keep it (will prob donate it). The whole experience was awful and I will NEVER purchase from them again. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but the customer service isn't there and clearly she doesn't give af about her customers. I've also read on reddit the company drop ships their merch which I can see. I could've gotten this bracelet on amazon for the half the price - no product authenticity whatsoever

I recently just bought a custom necklace for my daughter from here and it is absolutely beautiful! She was so happy. I got a gigantic hug from her once she saw it. If you’re hesitant don’t be, I can tell you from experience, it’s worth every penny!

Ordered 2 customized necklaces. When I didn’t receive them, they said that they sent an email asking about one of the customized necklaces but they never did send an email. So I asked why would they not send the other one and they didn’t have an answer. They said that they will send it within 6-10 business days. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t receive them. They don’t have a phone number to speak to someone so I emailed them again and they said thanks for the reminder and sent me a tracking number. Now it’s been 4 days and USPS says that the sender hasn’t sent the items yet. It doesn’t seem that this company will send me the items that I have been charged for. They have no customer service, they lie and they have stolen my money. That’s what you get from a small company. Do not order from them online. They’re thieves.

I can't find where to leave a review on the brands website so I'm going to write it here. I am thrilled with my sprinkle diamond huggies. So dainty and adds the right amount of sparkle to my holiday look. After ordering my earring arrived 6 days later. The earrings came in a sturdy storage box and were tucked inside a soft drawstring bag. I haven't purchased from this brand in a few years but I am thrilled with my most recent purchase and plan to get some more of their jewelry in the future.

I placed the order for a ring on March 29, 2024, I received a message the next day asking me to confirm which stone I wanted to make the ring and I informed it on the same date. It's been 11 business days and I don't have any information from that company as to when my product will be shipped, if at all. I have tried to contact the company via email, chat but I have not gotten any response. The only time they answered me, on 04/06 was that the product would be shipped without fail until 04/11. Today is 04/29 and nothing has been posted.
