Migrated from Calendly, LOVE the design!
Migrated over from Calendly and I'm loving the design! Cal.com exudes professionalism so it's great for embedded booking links.

Cal.com does better than most calendars is how well it embeds.
I genuinely think Cal.com does better than most calendars is how well it embeds. The iframe integration is noticeably smoother, and the mobile responsiveness holds up in real use, especially compared to a lot of tools that technically “embed” but feel brittle or awkward on smaller screens.

I am not the most technical person
I am not the most technical person, I'm just a small business owner and these guys have been amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They're always there to help and they're kind when they're doing it. They've helped me through issues that had nothing to do with them, it was my computer. These guys are great.

A useless tool
A useless tool — everything is laggy. Support never actually tries to help. You wait 3 days for a response, only to get template replies; they don’t even try to understand the issue. If your business requires anything more than booking a video call, know this: you’re left completely on your own with your problem.

Disappointing invoicing and poor B2B support
We really wanted to like Cal.com, and from a product point of view it’s close. Unfortunately, the invoicing and billing side makes it unusable for a serious business.
Despite having correct company details attached to our account from day one, invoices keep getting issued to a private individual name.
Support acknowledged the issue, said it was fixed, but weeks later the same problem still happens.
Another issue is that invoices cannot be reissued. That’s simply not acceptable for a EU-based company that needs correct accounting documents.
On top of that, invoices are only accessible via email.
There is no invoice history inside the app. Emails sent by Cal often end up in spam, which makes bookkeeping unnecessarily painful. Competitors like Calendly handle this much better.
Support responses are slow, fixes don’t stick, and the overall feeling is that billing is treated like an afterthought. The product feels more like a prototype than a tool ready for real businesses.
We like the idea of Cal.com and would love to keep using it, but basic things like correct invoices and proper billing access are non-negotiable. Until this is fixed, we’re forced to look elsewhere.
2 stars because the core scheduling itself is solid.
