What truly sets Cal.com apart is the support. We’ve accidentally hit the API limit more than once, and José has repeatedly helped us get unblocked with impressive speed and patience — always friendly, always solution-oriented, and honestly as if it were the most normal thing in the world. That kind of consistent, human support is rare.

Superb! Wish I knew about it sooner.

Superb scheduling software! After dealing with the mess and issues of Calendly, I found Cal.com on a search and so glad I did. 2-way syncs with Outlook perfectly, and easy to use and setup. The in-person locations were a little confusing, but support walked me through. All good and all setup with scheduling software that works.

Problem fixed without friction

I wasn’t able to chat with a person at the time I reached out (the team may have been off for the day). But I Loved that by the time I logged back on the next morning the problem was fixed and a refund was already given, along with next steps for getting the plan that actually suited us.
