Cal.com is amazing! The project is super solid but fluid in the same time, and what really stands out is the team and community, dedicated, helpful, and passionate. That energy comes in every update, and it makes using Cal.com a genuinely great experience.

Superb scheduling software! After dealing with the mess and issues of Calendly, I found Cal.com on a search and so glad I did. 2-way syncs with Outlook perfectly, and easy to use and setup. The in-person locations were a little confusing, but support walked me through. All good and all setup with scheduling software that works.

I Sent a support request to remove 2FA so I could access my account after having lost my phone. Expected to get access sometime next week at first, but Jose acted like a ninja when Fin escalated my email, solved my issue in matter of just a few minutes.

I wasn’t able to chat with a person at the time I reached out (the team may have been off for the day). But I Loved that by the time I logged back on the next morning the problem was fixed and a refund was already given, along with next steps for getting the plan that actually suited us.

Reliable, easy to set up, and great troubleshooting customer service (although one must be patient, at least on the free version). Still 10/10 recommend!

A really handy tool that I highly recommend. Thanks to the cal.com team who provided excellent guidance in helping me correctly configure my events!
