Communication and not AI
It was a real person connecting with me. Best part, I was able to resolve the problem. Finally, someone name “peer” who is actually the co-founder of Cal.com sent me a personal email to check in.
That blew my mind. So much so, I’m now planning to give a talk for Cal.com and their team- why? Because when there is authentic human interaction, and the top dogs are apart of the over interaction of their product, this shows me mindfulness and the collective conscience is strong and a forefront for this business. That there I feel welcome to further my relationship and provide my services as a clinical hypnotherapist and Magicican for their team.

Features I'd like to have
Overall its been good. Our first choice was Calendly but their integrations are limited which led us to Cal. As to why cal wasn't our first choice: at first glance, it appears quite complex, a lot is there.
Dashboard UI is unintuitive specially while using teams.
Navigation: First i select teams menu, then i choose the team, then there's a whole lot of new menu options jammed along some previous ones and that menu disappears if i select teams event types which takes me back to landing page.
navigation is bothersome and confusing.
there are two menus billing & manage billing? quite confusing.
Availability: if there's a team event, and i created a specific availability, only i can edit it. the availability for team events should be editable by any of the team members. it creates a bottleneck and dependency on one person currently.
Billing: if there are multiple owners, i'd like to at least be able to view previous invoices on all accounts if not the current payment details.
Scheduling: i've figured out the round-robin and fixed hosts thing by now, but its not intuitive as well.
Apart from the highlighted issues, overall experience in interacting with apis and scheduling has been great. overriding feature works really smoothly.
