I so appreciate the discount you offer to those who work or retired from the school district to receive a reduced rate. It's so important, epecially now, during this time of inflation. Also, you are also very quick to provide the services needed for necessary repairs to my vehicle and/or home.
Unable to fix payment and evenly distribute the amount per month.

When you get an agent on the phone they are extremely helpful and take the time to discuss policies and options. Email is not as effective and takes multiple attempts to receive a response.
I'm never had an issue when needing support. I'm happy that my rates have not skyrocketed like many other Californian's
I e been with you for thirty plus years and have never had a problem. My only complaint is that my payment went up over thirty dollars. I would think with longevity, I would catch a break.
The California Casualty employee was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to add my new/used vehicle without any difficulty. Keep up the great work that you all are doing!
I had to call a while back and the people I spoke with were very nice and professional. Very helpful
The customer service representative, Kristen was so professional and personable at the same time. She answered all of my concerns & questions to my satisfaction 😌
They will fight you tooth and nail on everything. Then, if they do give you money, don’t spend it because they may try to take it back under threat of a lawsuit. Customer service has really gone downhill as well. They just shuffle you back and forth with each person giving a different story hoping you will give up.
This used to be a good company 10-15 years ago. Now they just want to take your money for nothing.

Friendly, efficient, competent customer service. I would rather pay a little more in premiums than with some other companies in order to have this quality interaction.
I have been a loyal customer of California Casualty Insurance for years. They are professional and trustworthy. When interacting with customer service personnel, I have been greeted positively. If I have questions or concerns, I confident that I can call calcas to obtain information, have questions answered and concerns addressed. I've recommended calcas to friends and family.
I have had Cal Cas for many years, through four homes. I am happy with the care I have been shown, HOWEVER, I am NOT happy with the 30%+ increase I was just hit with on my upcoming year's homeowner insurance. I am a retired teacher, widowed, on a fixed income. This is a huge hit for me to absorb.
I had a flood in my house two months ago. They were fairly quick to settle the mitigation but I’ve been waiting weeks to get our estimate approved for build back. They’ve had all our estimates from our contractor but meanwhile we have lived with dust and three plastic walls. My husband has been sick for weeks with all the dust while we wait and wait. We have called and emailed almost every day and still it has not settled. We still wait. Maybe someday we will be able to get our house back in order. Frustrating.
I was involved in a collision, filed a claim, and submitted for a photo estimate. Once approved, I took my vehicle to a local repair shop where they quickly discovered damaged that could not be seen prior to the removal of the bumper. They requested a supplement from the Damage Adjuster assigned to my claim, Rick Hill, who told them that they would hear from him on Monday...more than a week ago. I have been calling Rick; Jori Brinkman, the Claims Adjuster; and Angela Jenkins, the team Manager, but have not had any success getting a meaningful response from any of them. I have had a call back from an Adjuster named Anthony who was covering for Jori in her apparent absence, but he had none of the details that I had given in my repeated phone calls or emails, and after brief conversations never called back or emailed as promised with any resolution. Not even the courtesy of an update. My vehicle has been in the shop for nearly two weeks for a repair that would take two days. Meanwhile, my meager rental coverage was exhausted waiting for a supplement. I am stranded, inconvenienced, and extremely dissatisfied.
