I made a mistake sending my tokens into Caleb & Brown. The third-party company is willing to help on recovering my tokens and they only need the receiving company, which is Caleb & Brown to make contact with them so that they can help in the recovery. Caleb & Brown has denied help over and over and refusing to connect with the third-party company, even though they have an account with that company. I don’t believe that they care for the client. They only care for making a buck. I wouldn’t recommend these people stick to a cold wallet.

I’ve been with Caleb&Brown since 2024. So not all that long. But the service they provide is top notch. I live in Germany and have never had to wait longer than five minutes to get a hold of a broker. I send an email and if not immediately then within a few short minutes I have a reply from my assigned broker or someone else if he’s not available. I have been with Caleb and Brown for more than a year. I was assisted with some transfering assets between accounts which includes transfering off and back on. That is a pretty tedious thing for me but because of them it was smooth and efficient.
The service I have gotten from the team there is nothing less than exceptional. Hamish, Jim, Milany, Jake, and everyone there are on another level of friendliness and competence. Shout out to HR as well! You can tell these folks really love what they are doing and love right back for your labor of love. I called... they held my hand...the world became a better place!

I've been with C&B since 2021. I've had great service and have enjoyed using their Dashboard. The main issue is that even with 2 forms of verification typically they have to call me to let the withdrawal to another wallet go through. Also, they only let you use the dashboard to withdraw from one coin per 24 hours. They are wonderful about withdrawing if I send an email, but it seems that takes away from the benefit of using their dashboard. The people are wonderful, it is just the technology that they don't allow to do what it can.

I love the team at Caleb & Brown! I trust these guys whole heartedly with my assets. Their security is top notch. I recently fell victim to a hacker who had remote access to my pc and got into my account. Once I realized what was happening, as the guy was trying to add wallet addresses and wipe me out, I emailed my broker, and was in touch with C&B security specialists within MINUTES!
