Not good service at all, it’s been 30 days since the shop has my vehicle, and the delivery date has been extended twice. My rental would not be
covered by insurance and looks like the additional rental will be almost equal or more than the copay. With this level of service and in-consideration of the charges that the customer has to go through because of the delays caused by caliber, not sure how any one can recommend the service.
Would caliber cover my extra charges for rental which is due to their delay ???

We had our Toyota Corolla SE fixed at Caliber Collison on Government Boulevard in Mobile, Alabama. They were quick and had it ready before they said they would! The staff was awesome and Jamie and Jacob were so very friendly and accommodating!!! If I ever have to have my car fixed again I know where I will be taking it. I would recommend them to anybody and it was less than what I expected to pay!

The employees were very friendly and courteous. They got my truck in for service in 3 weeks and had it back to me in just under 2 weeks. The color looks perfect and not only did they was my truck the vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my truck. They helped set up a rental as well and they called the rental place to let them know I had brought the car back.

your employee Shanen Ternbach, a perfect representative from initial estiment through the car being finished kept us informed throughout the process, I was impressed with the rapid time for the repair to be completed as well.

Professional job well done.work promised and done on a timely fashion.very courteous and polite .also returned phone calls right away and kept us informed of any changes.The work on the car were they fixed and painted was done so well you couldn't tell were the problem was.I would recommend this co to fix any of my problems.Over all the best work and service.

Office administrator accused me of theft because she doesn’t know how to communicate with supporting staff about insurance claims! It’s sad business are going downhill in this country because no one communicates anymore.

My experience was horrible. To begin with they had my vehicle a little over a month. Once I received my vehicle back nothing is the same , my steering wheel pulls both ways on its own, my arm rest was broken without any acknowledgement. My passenger side front window is off track, the left side of my vehicle as well as the right side are both making noise I still don't know what it could be. I currently just had to pay for another rental out of my own pocket however they did state they would reimburse me . The fact that they knew they broke my arm rest and didn't say anything just doesn't sit well with me. I also believe the wheel is off a bit . Just an overall horrible experience after already going through an accident this is even more disturbing thanks again .

I was a return customer at the Caliber Collision located on N Salisbury Blvd in Salisbury MD. However second time is not a charm. My car was damaged on the front right bumper and quarter panel; however, still drivable. On the service a small dent and broken headlight lens. The light still worked, I chose Caliber Collision for the estimate. The estimate was over 5000 dollars which cause the other person insurance company (the insurance of the person that hit my car) to consider my car a total loss. However, I chose to keep my vehicle and have it fixed. Caliber Collision refused to fix my car because they work with the insurance company. However they were not recommended by the insurance company. I was their customer. But that would be fine except they disassembled my vehicle and stated I have to pay $292 to have it reassembled so that I can drive it away from their facility to another. Nothing in the signed agreement does it state my vehicle will not be returned to me in the same condition as it was when I dropped it off for an estimate. More importantly, they never come about my vehicle every phone call to them I had to initiate. I was the customer not the insurance. Please note the insurance company recommended a different company., which would not be able to get to my car until the middle of February. A complete nightmare!!!

Although I appreciate the effort the body shop, Caliber - Nottingham, Baltimore is putting into my car repairs, the extended wait of over 1 and a half months has been challenging. I understand that quality work takes time but such a delay has very inconvenienced me. I hope they can expedite the process and improve their communication for a more positive customer experience in the future.

The office staff at Caliber Collision threw my prescription eyewear in the garbage!

I went to Caliber Collision based on the recommendation of a friend who works at a different location. I was unimpressed with the front office staff when I dropped my keys off... things quickly went downhill once they took possession of my vehicle.

First, the staff of Caliber Collision wrote down the wrong phone number... the mistake didn't occur to them even though the phone number wasn't active. I had to call them two weeks after my car was ready to go.

Next, when I went in to pay, the front office didn't know how to run my bank card without a PIN (which I didn't know since I've never had a problem before). Well, the office Karen, in a very loud voice in front of several customers, insisted that I had insufficient funds to pay for my vehicle.

Finally, I accidentally left my $500+ prescription eyeglasses on Collision's counter while I was paying (probably due to being accused of not having $200 to pay them). When I called Collision's office, they said they did find my glasses, but they threw them in the garbage!

I emailed the regional office, and it was obvious it was nothing more than a bot. As of today, I haven't received any communication from Collision that tells me they want to change their bad reputation... yeah, read the independent reviews, not the 5 stars on their website.

Caliber, Vickie was very friendly and efficient. Dusty also was very professional and efficient. The work was done timely and looks great! I would recommend these services.

Excellent staff and service! We had the unfortunate experience of leaving a doctor's appointment and finding that our car had a brand-new, prominent gash bestowed upon it, with no note or information left behind by the perpetrator. With Caliber, it ended up being much less hassle than it could've been.

Alan and the team took care of us and made the experience as seamless as possible; from clearly estimating and explaining the job, to helping us set up and facilitate the rental car and dealing with our insurance. Their meticulous attention to detail was also assuring and the final results look amazing.

In these relatively early post-pandemic years, customer service is often overlooked, but not at this Caliber location. They helped us overcome an otherwise challenging situation and made our lives easier.

I found the people at Caliber Collision to be amiable, thorough, and very proficient at repairing auto body damage. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of excellent body repair.

Customer service seems to be a rare sight these days but not here at Caliber Collision Camarillo!! Shaun, Melody, Alex and staff, all took amazing care of me today! Professional, quality workmanship, great customer service, on time and above and beyond my expectations. It is so rare to see people finding joy and doing their craft with pride and excellence. They were recommend by my BMW service center and I also highly recommend Caliber Collision. So grateful for all their help getting my BMW back together!!
