Amazing Restoration

From the moment we reported a claim we were guided thru the process of having our car repaired. Caliber Collision is the most professional and efficient place we have ever seen. We were kept informed every step of the way, could not believe how fast it was done and how VERY beautiful it looked when finished. Thank you Caliber Collision for getting us 'back to the rhythm of our lives'!

This is unfortunately the second time I…

This is unfortunately the second time I have had to deal with Caliber Collision. They are a preferred vendor for my insurance, so the claims specialist me to them for my claim. I called and tried to get in for a simple estimate to see if my daughter's car was totaled or not. They offer free estimates according to their website. When I asked for and estimate I got 2 different answers. One said they wouldn't work with me at all as the insurance company needed to do the quote first. The insurance company told me they could do the estimate first. The other shop I called said because I had state farm they couldn't get me in until August. Basically, the companies' processes have me in an impossible loop. I need a quote to see if my car is totaled. They won't give me a quote until they can get my car in for work. A little cart before the horse in the case of Hail damage. I asked the location that denied giving me a quote flat out after hearing my insurance. I asked if I was a paying cash customer would you give me a free quote and they said yes. So why can't I even get an initial quote from them. I can see that they may not get any money from me in the end, but they are a preferred vendor with the insurance company because they get so many referrals. That is the tradeoff for the pipeline of work the company provides. I won't even go into the 6 month process I had to go thru with this company 9 years ago with my other vehicle.

This place is great

This place is great! Great service, beautiful job, very helpful! I’ll be singing the praises about Calliber in Fife to all my friends. This is my second visit with them, and it’s the same great service!

(Should be ZERO stars )

(Should be ZERO stars ). one of the WORST repairs I have seen done, & I have worked in the automotive field at one time. very shoddy work visibly in multiple areas, cost cutting measures done, no care nor concern taken by staff. over 1/4" & larger gap between fender & hood, door molding paint flaking off & adhesive tape visible, another body molding bent, front bumper fascia not replaced with OEM as was told originally to be done but refinishing attempted with visible pitting in multiple areas painted over, large bolts used in attempt to attach fender liner to fender ( one already fell out later in day of vehicle pick up ) & not matching OEM, left fascia misaligned at least over 1/4" ( very noticeable), one area @ A-pillar never repaired, windshield washer fluid tank not attached, just dropped in to rattle around, & fluid runs out to ground ( either broken, or hoses missing or not attached ), door handle pocket protector is painted around edges. I wonder with this much poor work seen what else is hidden that has been glossed over and/or not even done. Caliber claims their collision staff are trained & certified ?? load of b.....!!

Caliber Collision Excells

Caliber Collision has come to my aid 3 times in the last year and a half. My family had experienced three different incidents requiring body repair. Caliber Collision provides superior, timely and professional service. From beginning to end for each of my family's vehicles, Caliber Collision preformed outstanding evaluation and restoration. Husband's view of repairs

My wife took her truck to Caliber Collision for repairs after a supermarket fender bender. They did a great job on the expected repairs, but they went above & beyond by polishing her headlights! I noticed immediately when I was looking over the repairs. They looked brand new & they had been extremely cloudy. I even considered buying new headlights before her accident repairs, just hadn't done it yet. We would recommend Caliber for any minor or major repairs. They were very fast with repairs. We had to wait for the insurance authorization, but Caliber had already looked at & started the estimate...great job!

Caliber Collision customer service is…

Caliber Collision customer service is excellent. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. I was informed almost daily on the progress of my repair. The car was ready and waiting for me when they said it would be. Excellent work was done on my car. I am very confident everything was looked at pertaining to the accident and the repairs were done and you would never know the car was in an accident.

Need body work call Caliber Collision

I made an appointment; Jay was there to greet me. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Jay kept me posted on my repairs. My truck was completed in less time than was expected. The quality and care were outstanding.
Bottom line if I need more repairs I will go to Caliber Collision.

Took my 2024 Highlander in for some…

Took my 2024 Highlander in for some minor repair work that was completed in record time because they moved my car to the University location where they could start working on it immediately.
We had a communication issue when I went to pick it up at the Thornydale location. I discovered that my car had been moved to the Oro Valley location instead.
I was on a tight schedule and the driver at the Thornydale location was out and would not be back in time to meet my schedule demands, so I called a Lyft. When I arrived at the Oro Valley location, I found out that Caliber Collision waived the charge for filling up my gas tank and knocked off 100.00 dollars from my deductible that was due.
Special shout out to Jeremy G at the Uni location and the GM at the Thornydale office.

Once you leave your car with Caliber…

Once you leave your car with Caliber Collision you are left at their mercy. No one, including the General Manager returns your calls. I left my car there on a Wednesday and was told that it should be done by next Wednesday or the absolute worse case scenario on Friday. Friday I started calling and the girl at the front desk said that the computer states it will be completed the following Tuesday. I told her that this was not acceptable!!!!!!! I asked to speak to the GM and was left on hold until my call was picked up again. The receptionist said he’s busy with an insurance company. I called later and was told the GM was busy with yet ANOTHER insurance company and she will put a message on his desk to call me back. Needless to say he never called back so I called the appraiser, it is now Friday, and he picked up and said “I told you I couldn’t promise that it would be ready Friday” not true he said he couldn’t promise Wednesday but “WORSE CASE SCENARIO” it would be ready Friday. Today is Monday and left a message for the appraiser again and waited for his call back after he was done with the current customer. This was 2 1/2 hours ago so I called back and let the receptionist know that I was sorry that the appraiser learned his work ethics from the GM. Beware everyone, Caliber Collision doesn’t give a DAMN!!!!!!!

Completely Satisfied

Timely appt. Was made for my estimate and date of car drop off was determined. Car was expertly repaired within the estimated time frame and I was contacted by Jenny that my Jag was ready for pickup. I cannot imagine how the process could've been more organized. Mike and Jenny, my two contacts were both very professional and personable. they are definitely assets to the Caliber Collision organization. Thanks Caliber.

No customer care

We are still waiting for them to complete the work on our 2017 VW Tiguan, it has been around 10 months sine they were supposed to fix it and the worst thing about it, no communication at all!

We paid in full for the repairs and they continue to blame VW and supply chain for not delivering the parts needed to finish the job. Unacceptable,

The person answering the phone was…

The person answering the phone was impolite and they did not create an estimate for me after multiple phone calls and my visit to get the estimate in their office and they lied to my insurance. I had a customer estimate done by Caliber and it was supposed to be recalculated as an insurance estimate (because they said they charge a customer versus an insurance different rates). They told me to wait for the recalculated estimate for days and advised me to cancel my appointment to fix my car with them since they said the person who estimates repairs may not get to it for a while. Then lied to my insurance that I didn't have the customer estimate done with them and that I cancelled the appointment with them. My insurance decided to use their own adjuster to get an estimate for my damages.
