Ordered 10 vapes and 1 was sent in…

Ordered 10 vapes and 1 was sent in error. Panicked at first but customer service was quick and efficient at sorting the error and the replacements sent arived within 24hrs and are top notch. Would use again. Very impressed.

Decent guys, excellent service.

I've ordered from them multiple times now. Always quick delivery. Recently had a faulty vape, which they were happy to replace as long as I returned it (they actually sent the replacement before I posted a return. Must have earned some faith as a repeat customer).
Decent company, easy to contact, always responds quickly.
There are a lot of scam websites out there, don't get fooled by them. This is the only one I've found that's legit.
Will keep using them.

I’m a genuine person who wants good products for the right price and I found your website and noticed you are selling Hempire garden vapes for £25 when Hempire gardens is selling them for £11 this is review site for ppl to genuinely review wether it be your product or you site or js u I’m entitled to give my own opinion

This is now the third negative review left under the same “Top Shelf” identity. We find that quite remarkable.

The name “Top Shelf” itself, together with the websites and references you have previously mentioned, makes it abundantly clear that you are connected to another business operating within the same sector. We therefore have serious concerns that these reviews are not coming from a genuine customer experience, but rather from a competing retailer with an agenda.

Please do not confuse our products with products sold by other websites or suppliers.

510 cartridges are a universal cartridge system used by countless manufacturers worldwide. The hardware itself is not unique to any one company, supplier, or retailer. The fact that products share similar hardware does not mean they originate from the same source.

More importantly, Hempire Gardens does not sell THCP products, whereas CaliBudz does. Therefore, please do not confuse Hempire Gardens’ products, suppliers, or product range with ours. The statements made throughout your reviews repeatedly demonstrate a misunderstanding of our products, our supply chain, and our business model.

Every product sold by CaliBudz is supplied through legitimate channels, is fully compliant with applicable regulations, and is backed by Certificates of Analysis. We take compliance, transparency, and customer safety extremely seriously. All of our products are fully tested, and documentation is available to support this.

This is now your third review. Most business owners wake up focused on growing their company, improving their service, and looking after their customers. You appear to wake up thinking about CaliBudz. Whilst we appreciate the attention, we would respectfully suggest that your energy may be better spent focusing on your own business rather than ours.

If you would like to leave another 10 reviews, or even another 100 reviews, please feel free. It will not change the fact that CaliBudz continues to grow, continues to serve customers nationwide, and continues to be one of the UK’s largest suppliers of hemp-derived products.

We genuinely find it amusing that a rival company has dedicated this much time and effort towards our business. To us, that suggests we must be doing something right.

I haven’t received my order yet, but..

I haven’t received my order yet, but the customer service has been amazing. He’s managed to take 20 pounds off my order by a discount I didn’t know was available and it’s expected to come in 2 days, although even 4 days delivery is still fine. Overall after just ordering it seems amazing.
