Gave them 2 stars yesterday which I take back just a glitch on my phone jumped to a conclusion but was wrong sorry Calibudz. 4 orders taken, money went straight over, also got royal mail tracking. SPOT ON!

I haven’t received my order yet, but the customer service has been amazing. He’s managed to take 20 pounds off my order by a discount I didn’t know was available and it’s expected to come in 2 days, although even 4 days delivery is still fine. Overall after just ordering it seems amazing.

I have ordered a few times from here now and the delivery has always been very quick. The items ordered are not always the same as what arrives but the quality is just as good. I don’t usual leave reviews, I had an issue with one of my orders and reached out, Lee got back to me and sorted it out straight away and was very kind. I would recommend these.

While the products and services themselves appear to be legitimate, I was somewhat disappointed with my experience with customer support. The interaction felt more confrontational than expected and came across as lacking in professionalism.

I do understand that this type of work can be demanding, and that everyone can have off days. With that in mind, I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt and hope future interactions are more positive.

Received my order 2 days after order. First time I have used this company so didn’t want to buy anything too expensive at first.The quality is 100%. Would recommend this seller !
