I chose 5Star for some rewiring work and new ceiling lights in a shower room after reading so many positive reviews about them, and, let me tell you, they deserve every single one of them. Fantastic service, quality of work and dedication to customer satisfaction. I can't speak highly enough of Jamie, who did the work for us yesterday. Actually went over and above just to make sure everything was working as it should when he had finished. A real diamond.

These days it seems difficult to find a tradesperson who is reliable,as we have found out recently. A guy who was coming to fix us up with some outside lights never bothered to show.After reading other reviews decided to try 5Star so glad we did.Daniel came and helped us sort out what we needed( dusk till dawn front and rear) plus a couple of smaller jobs at a fair price.Michael turned up on the agreed day and did an excellent job,friendly efficient and tidy(even took down old Sky dish).So it goes without saying we would be more than happy to recommend 5Star Electricals to anyone who needs work doing. We had some work done by 5Star this week. Daniel is the friendliest guy you'll ever meet, he came round to give us a quote after we were let down by a different company. He explained everything to us clearly without any confusing jargon, made sure we understood everything and provided us with an excellent quote. He's incredibly easy to talk to and he politely answered all our annoying questions right away; nothing was too much trouble.
Mike came round to do the work, and was here for just under a week. Couldn't have asked for a better electrician! He explained everything he was doing every step of the way, always told us which rooms he'd be working in, he made sure we were comfortable with how it'd all look afterwards, he was super respectful of our toddler and our very barky dog and he was really approachable throughout the process. He grafted from start to finish every single day and he completed all the work to the highest standard.
Their customer service is second to none; we couldn't be happier with 5Star and recommend them to everyone!

Daniel and his team are very friendly, efficient and professional. They replaced a shower, the shower isolator switch and a double socket for me. I would definitely use the company again and would recommend them to anyone.

We had five star service right from the start. Both Daniel and Michael were so friendly and efficient and went beyond expectations in dealing with the replacement of our old storage heaters.Michael made multiple trips up and down stairs carrying the new (extremely heavy) heaters from the delivery vehicle to our top floor apartment, which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a top class job carried out.

5Star recently rewired our house. From beginning to end they were really helpful and clear. They were really professional and had a high level of attention to detail.

Would definitely recommend. We can now relax in our new house knowing the electrics are safe, with all our plug sockets where we want them!
