Loyalty counts for nothing. Avoid if you can
If you have any other choice of provider, honestly, go with them. They offer a part time service. Closed at weekends. Fast service when it’s up, but in recent months has regularly dropped on a Friday or Saturday, only to be restored when the office opens again on a Monday. Today my router has stopped working, and despite paying more than £60 a month for the service, they are demanding a further £125 for a replacement router - or demanding that I enter a new 18 month contract with them. Unless you’re in my situation, with Call Flow as the owner of the fibre in my street, choose a reliable and decent provider.
Callflow pulling out of Hampshire
OK if you can get it, but Callflow are the only provider in many areas of rural Hampshire and are now pulling out of the area. I understand current Callflow customers are ok but if you buy a house they will not let the vendor transfer the package or let the purchaser take out a new contract with them. BT have no plans to upgrade from the 1Mps they offer and have no legal obligation too as the contracts fall into the allowable 2.6% of the area they are allowed to miss - even if they are easy to reach locations. Not sure if you can blame Callflow for pulling out but there should be someone made to step in the breach as houses in this area will become unsellable. Sadly modern life can not now operate on 1Mbps. This does need addressing!

Rubbish aways no service in high winds or bad weather should have read reviews before using callflow they are just another bunch of robbers just like bt
Misleading Contract! After 9 years as a customer counts for nothing!
Very misleading company ( Call Flow/ Trooli). We have been customers for 9 years and agreed to update the service as we were told the government voucher system would pay for fast broadband as a rural customer. The service was installed in the property, the information provide by the sales team was that the contract was not transferable and needed to remain at the property. We had no problem with that as new owners were likely to take over the service. We sold the property and the service remained at the property along with the original supplied equipment. The new owners continued to make the monthly payments and there has been continuity of income for Call Flow/Trooli
We have now been invoiced for the full period of the contract as they treated this as a transfer, even though the service address has NOT changed, whilst still collecting from the new owner.
We agreed to the service as part of the government support for rural businesses, but Trooli want double their fee for the same service! So much for helping rural businesses. Hopefully the tecom Ombudsman will take action to protect others. Beware as the contract is misleading
Overpriced. Lousy service. Closed at weekends.
Callflow have a monopoly where I live so we have no alternative other than to pay for their very high priced “service”. They don’t work at weekends so if there is an outage over the weekend then you will have no service until Monday. This weekend the service is down again. Their website says that their engineers have located the fault and are working to fix it. My prediction is that the engineers will work “all weekend” and will finally manage to resolve the issue shortly after their office opens on Monday morning. Honestly, if you have any other supplier for your broadband, avoid Callflow at all costs.
Dreadful dreadful service
Dreadful dreadful service. Been with Callflow for a year, we can’t use Netflix as it’s too slow. Have to use all our data off our mobiles phones as only way to get any internet.
Callflow lied to us and everyone in our village about getting amazing broadband and no one can get anything faster than old fashioned dial up.
Do not use Callflow

I switched to Call flow/trooli on the advice of a friend in the telecoms business.
They promised super fast download speeds of 500 mbps.
1. It’s very very patchy and inconsistent. I just did a broad band speed test and got a down load speed of 28mbps.
2. The broad band barely reaches the back of our tiny garden and the loft. In a big house with a big garden i do not know how this supplier could work.
3. I spoke to technical dept who told me they would send someone to fix it. He came and it isn’t fixed.
Me and my family are so disappointed with trooli and find the lies on the back of their vans and advertising nothing short of a con.
Don’t switch to this provider they do not deliver on their promises

Avoid -- lock you into a very poor router --
Been with Callflow solutions for 8 months now, using there vdsl2 fiber to the cabinet solution this according to there site been renamed trooli.
The only reason i am with them is i have no alternative solution. they lock you into using there router and it is very poor.
They flat out refuse to give you the details needed to switch the router to bridge mode. stating internal policies.
a tleast 30 drops in connection at the peak switch over time the router drops connection and games are interrupted.
they have miss billed me once and that is once to many considering its not even been a year.
If you have an alternative us it Callflow seems to me a small company offering a poor service.

NO MORE BUFFERING
NO MORE BUFFERING! Having endured years of slow, erratic broadband, I decided to make the jump to Trooli. Knowing I would be connecting my devices via Wi-Fi, I expected some loss of the 300mbps speed advertised. Yet here I am sat on the other side of my house typing this at 309mbps!
The service and aftercare has been exceptional, my bills are simple and easy to understand and the connection has been flawless.
I even moved my phone line to a VOIP service, halving my previous phone bill and keeping the same number and getting crystal clear calls.
Full marks in every way
To be honest, they have been amazing. We ordered our phone line and broadband a couple of months ago and in the end it turned out that Openreach needed to do some work to give us our new line. Ellie from Callflow emailed me every week, chased Openreach many times, responded to every message immediately and today we are live. We have our new phone line and we have broadband. And it's FAST! Not bad for Goudhurst. Yes you pay for it, but it's worth it. And Ellie is an absolute legend. Good company. Customer service to die for.

Call Flow are the best at customer service. Their broadband service might be more expensive, but it was consistent and was fixed quickly whenever there was a problem and far exceeded my expectations. I lived in a very rural environment and the only real problem was when a tree fell across the line - it was fixed in a matter of 24 hours. Also, Call Flows sensible and pragmatic approach to communicating with their customers on email or by phone is second to none. I only stopped the service because I moved house and CF not available at my new property. Back to one of the top 3 and I already feel the loss of great customer service.
Poor service in resolving problems
I have been trying to resolve a connectivity issue for months, and the level of respone is appalingly poor. I am caught between Trooli and my hardware provider, and cannot seem to get one to speak to the other. As my broadband provider Trooli/Callflow should take ownership of this issue, but are not. I would not recommend!!!

Rural villages always get stung
There will never be a great service being rural, CFS has their downfalls, no more than the phone operators, but fibre wont be introduced as its deemed non viable for revenue, ive only had a few issues with them, but working within the WiFi industry on mobile phone operators, it is what it is, any company can use the BT phone line to run their seevice thru it, CFS service is very intermittent, we are actually pursueing another line user, not that we will get any faster speed service, this will come if the sub stations ever get updated, which isnt looking very favourable
Expensive but worth it!
We have been customers of Call Flow since April 2017. It is expensive but we find that the Broadband speed and customer service make the cost worthwhile. We have recently had a problem with our telephone line which was damaged. We rent the line through Call Flow who were very pro-active in ensuring that Open Reach repaired it as soon as possible and kept us informed throughout. The line was 'down' for a week and Call Flow have given us a week's credit as we were without telephone or Broadband.

This company lives in the 90s with its extortionate pricing structure, no deals, no discounts, and the poor who cant afford their over inflated prices suffer. I simply cannot afford their prices and they will not price match or as they call it "offer a bespoke package"

So far so good. My broadband speeds have increased from 2mbps with the regular suppliers (via Openreach) to 57mbps. This is exactly what I was promised by Call Flow. Their team are polite, friendly and helpful.
Their router seems reliable (got the basic free router). It arrived promptly and the switch over to their network went without any issues.
They didn't even have to come to my home or fit any new points as this is all done by engineers elsewhere at the cabinet.
Sometimes they do not answer the phone, but I just call back later and get through fine. I guess this is because they are a relatively small company.
They are pricey but I have no other choice right now. Hopefully this will change when the USO rules are in force.
Anyhow, I'm really happy with their service so far. Having decent internet has literally changed my life!
Horrific. Almost exploitative.
Horrific. The Sales Team have been instructed not to budge at all on price. Making their products complete unattainable for low income families such as my self.
How can they possibly claim to be helping rural/forgotten areas with practices such as this. Those prices are simply exploitative of vulnerable consumers.

Very underwhelmed by the sales team and level of knowledge. They were 4 months behind schedule on launch of fibre optic in my area. Now my BT contract has expired I thought I’d give them another chance. The sales person I spoke to had little knowledge of their product and installation process and nobody else has called me to explain it despite my request to do so. The online chat system is always unattended and it’s rare for someone to answer the phone on their new business line. Doesn’t fill me with any confidence to move my business to a company like this. Maybe it’ll change for the better after posting this but I doubt it.

OK in the good times
Call Flow Solutions provide a good service provided that it is working. If you have a problem they are very poor. I have been with them four years and during that time I have had to call them 4 maybe 5 times. One is always left with the idea that it is your fault and they are less than interested. My broadband speed has recently dropped from 29 megs to 20 megs. Having jumped through all their fault finding hoops, I was offered two solutions, pay for a new router, or sign up for another 18 month contract and get a router free. I wouldn't mind if one could buy a reputable router but Call Flow insist that I use theirs. Roll on another broadband provider expanding into my area of Kent. CFS have replied and basically reiterated my comments. They are happy for me to continue paying them, "that's service for you"
