We were one of the first customers when CallFlows AI launched about 2 years ago. Back then, we were just trying to find a good phone solution because the number of calls was becoming too much for our team.
The demo is what convinced us to try it. The AI sounded surprisingly natural, much better than we expected.
Since then they’ve improved the product a lot, especially in the last few months. For us, the main result is that the agent now takes care of a big part of the repetitive calls, and our team is handling around 60% fewer calls than before.
Also want to mention Nick from support — always quick to help and very reliable when something needs attention.
