Un-Quasimodo-ing myself one night at a time
I usually go for deep, intense massages, so I didn’t expect much from this. But somehow it won me over. Now I’m using it every night before bed. The massage is gentle, but there’s something oddly satisfying about feeling like I’m slowly un-Quasimodo-ing myself.
If Callixe ever makes a version with stronger traction and the option to turn off the heat, I’d buy it in a heartbeat. Until then, I’ve got my eye on their lumbar massager.

Excellent customer service by Meena
After receiving my second product - the u-shaped massage pillow - I could not get the product to hold a charge. I contacted customer support and was given suggestions. They didn't work. I had an insight that perhaps it was the charging cable not the pillow. I used the cable I received with the wireless thera pillow. It worked. I contacted customer support with this good news. Within the hour a new cable and an adapter were ordered for me. I'm impressed with not only the 2 products but with Meena from customer support.

Do Not Buy From This Company
This company not only delivers many weeks after ordering without letting the customer know it will take forever. I wanted this item as a Christmas present and when I realized it was not arriving in time I attempted to cancel the order. I sent many emails with no response. The item arrived in January and I wanted to send it back but I was told I'd have to pay to send it back. This information about no returns without paying and no notification that it would take weeks to arrive along with no responses to the many emails I sent was not indicated in any of the advertising for this item. I am now stuck with it and am so disgusted I don't want to give it to anyone so I'm going to throw it away. However, after reading so many complaints about it, I'm sure the price I paid isn't worth it along with the aggrevation. P.S. I spent months with my Credit Card company trying to do something but they have no control over the company who has refused to do anything about this.

I’ve had neck problems for over 20 years. When I made my purchase I was a bit skeptical but after using for the last 3 months I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I use it every night just before sleep & the heat plus massage relaxes my neck muscles enabling better sleep. It’s gentle & soft & is helping my chronic pain. It charges quickly & lasts for multiple sessions. Great having the option of manual operation but I nearly always use auto as I love the heat & variation of massage. Great product 👍

* UPDATE *. Been using it for a month now and I still feel exactly the same. The so called TRACTION…is less than a minute of a couple balls raising at the neck area. Not hardly traction. And will definitely not be beneficial.
