Great service. Simon from CallPoint Fire responded so quickly to my query and gave me sound helpful advice without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I would give 6 stars for integrity if this were possible.

I was put in contact with Callpoint Fire Ltd regarding obtaining an ESW1 Form for the sale of my flat. They were very helpful and informative. They were able to explain the requirements I needed and their processes in doing so.

I contacted this company for a quote regarding our potential fire risk ceiling as found in our home buyers survey.
I didn't realise they were based at the other end of the country but despite this Simon went above and beyond to give me advice and point me in the right direction.
I couldn't praise him highly enough, the advice he gave was detailed, timely and helpful and he may have saved our house sale.
Would 100% recommend to anyone local to the business.

Very informative, was put in touch with Simon to arrange an EWS1 certificate for my flat to be able to remortgage. Am in the process of arranging this with Call Point but so far I am so impressed, very friendly and has given me answers I have struggled to find so far! Highly recommend. Will leave another review once the form is sorted!

Simon is very knowledgable and extremely prompt in responding to queries. He arranged an EWS1 survey and the certificate and report supplied within days.

Simon was very informative, helpful and worked with myself and the management company so that all parties could be satisfied as to the service offered & qualifications of surveyor sufficient according to RICS. As a result, the management company felt comfortable enough to instruct an EWS1 survey promptly.

I will provide a 2nd review once the survey is completed and EWS1/lender reports are received.

On behalf our our RTM company I struggled to find a company who could undertake an inspection and EWS1 report quickly and without an enormous cost.
Luckily I found Simon’s company and am very thankful that I did. Simon responded very quickly and effectively to my enquiry and very soon the inspection and report was completed at a very reasonable rate.

I am rarely impressed enough to leave an immediate review for any company but I received really prompt, professional, helpful and practical advice from Simon Pauley of Call Point Fire. I've never dealt with this company before but Simon took the time to walk me through my various cladding concerns (remotely, using a combination of Rightmove and developer's photos & floorplans) to set my mind at rest. Easily the best interaction I have had with any company in over a decade. Cannot recommend them too highly.

Selling a flat and required an EWS1 form urgently.
Simon was very understanding of the situation and managed to get the flat surveyed and the paperwork done within a few days. Faster than I'd ever thought possible.

I got in contact with Simon at Call Point Fire 1 week ago to see if they could carry out an EWS1 survey on our flat, something I had been told could take months/years to arrange. After reviewing our case with his team Simon was able to get this booked in for us, with one of their surveyors able to come out in as little as 2 weeks. Simon's prompt action and the service Call Point Fire offer has undoubtedly given us a real lifeline to continue the sale of our flat.

Had an EWS1 assessment carried out on a block of flats in London. Simon was able to book this in, at very short notice. The certificate and report was given to me 2 days later.
