I ordered a heater, they threw it over a gate
I ordered a heater online, it didn't arrive on the expected date and I only got it a week late when a person who lived miles away said the box was thrown over her five foot gate and she googled my eircode which was on the address label. I tried to complain to the calor website but that was impossible. The fire is great the delivery was a joke.

We can see that your order was placed on 28th October after business hours which resulted in it being dispatched out the following day on the 29th October. The tracking information states that it was delivered on 30th October. We are sorry to hear that it was delivered to the incorrect address and that this resulted in a delay in your parcel being received. We have passed this on to the courier to investigate with the driver to ascertain why this occurred. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.
