Not a positive experience
I ordered two heaters.
Only one arrived and no reason given as why second one didn't.
The one that did arrive was obviously used previously with evidence of rust and fittings missing.Parts bent out of shape also.

Great heater. We only have electrical storage heaters so this will save on electricity bills this winter.

We can see that you sent an email in informing us that you had ordered the incorrect product and our Customer Service Team replied back with the return instructions for you. You can return the unused product back to us by completing the returns form which was attached to the email within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Great product
Received my order within 24 hrs. Delighted with the heater. I have an open plan home with underfloor heating and some days we just want a quick boost of heat. The portable gas heater I purchased is super handy and gives off tremendous heat almost instantly. It’s so good I’m thinking of getting another and turning off the underFloor altogether.
