My item was delivered promptly
My item was delivered promptly. I had left instructions for delivery man saying if I was not in to deliver it to either of 2 of my neighbours. It was left at the side of my house in the pouring rain.
1. It could have been stolen
2. The box was soaking wet and there is no way I can possibly wrap it up.. it is a gift for my husband for Christmas. I had meant to contact your customer care team in relation to the delivery firm you use as I found that very unsatisfactory.

Calor Gas got my garden heater covered!
This year I ordered a new garden heater from Calor Gas. The heater is great. The winter cover was not available at the time but the Calor Gas website offered to let me know when the product would be available. This happened and I ordered the cover. Promptly delivered, it was easy to zip over my heater. It's durable and weatherproof and will keep my heater protected! Great service.

The heater was delivered on time and was exactly as described. The only problem was the control knob was broken on arrival but the heater still worked perfectly. No issue with the delivery or product really
