I’m rating this service 1 star because I’ve had this service for about 3 months and it’s been nothing but problems. They have 2 options for support, email and phone number. They do not respond to the email. Customer support is only available 8-5 M-F, mountain time (I’m in eastern time zone). You have no direct link to TMobile. So if the issue is TMobile you have no way of contacting them directly for support and the Calyx people don’t either. I haven’t had internet in 3 days. This is the second time this has happened in 3 months. This service is a scam.

The staff is often rude and refuses to continue communication with the consumers when they are asked follow-up questions.

This was noted by me going back several years with the same staff member. How does the Calyx Institute expect to have consumers provide donations when their own staff is sabotaging their efforts for revenue?

It would be in the Calyx Institute leadership interest to be sure they train and coach Ayesha (she/her) via Calyx Support to improve in her communication with consumers.
