Bought three pair of the same brand…
Bought three pair of the same brand that I purchased last year same size as last year and all are too small. Having to pay $13 to return them for sizing that should have fit is ridiculous. The fourth pair was accidentally purchased as a youth, which should have only been in the category of youth and not listed in with adult. A prepaid return label should have been given for all four gloves purchased due to the sizing in the categorizing of the products being a sizing issue and category issue on your end.

I ordered a bike for our neighbor/dog…
I ordered a bike for our neighbor/dog walkers 12th birthday. I was told it would be three days. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive for well over a week.
I was told after the fact the time frame didn’t include days they were closed. They did respond quickly to emails.
Bike arrived with small scratches in paint. However the recipient is thrilled with the bike so all is well that ends well.
It is a high quality bike.

The photo he took for delivery was of the side that was taped so that would have been my only protection if the bike was damaged and I was working and didn’t have time to take it out on the spot to inspect. Turned out it wasn’t compromised !
