The items I received, two tops with a dog motive, were defective on receipt.
The sleeves didn’t meet the required length for the size selected.

After contacting Cambridge couture ( they are in China not the UK as specified); they tried to wriggle out of refunding my purchase. The items I bought were a Christmas present and if the items were to be resent they would arrive after Christmas… not great.
I was offered a 10% refund and keep the items, I was offered 20% refund and keep the items, I was then offered 50% refund and keep the items.
I gave negative feedback but that has been erased from the company reviews… how convenient. I asked my bank to challenge the dispute, we received a refund courtesy of my bank. They were to recoup the loss from Cambridge couture. I doubt this happened as Chinese business is brutal, and my bank took the loss.
The items look good but be warned by buyers like myself who have been bitten.

Awful experience. Boots ordered were not good so I returned them and have been going through the returns process for nearly 8 weeks now and am at the point where Royal Mail says the item has been stuck at customs for over a month and will contact the recipient regarding any issues. When I emailed saying as such they said I should be the one to get in contact with them even though it clearly states that it would be the recipient that needs to contact them not the sender. So 2 months later and still no refund with no idea when I will ever get one.

The products are terrible quality. The customer service is shocking. The returns policy is ridiculous and is not clear before purchase that you have to return the items back to China with DHL which cost almost £100 which is not worth it. I have excepted an almost £200 loss. Do not recommend.

The returns policy is untenable. The cost of returning the blouse to China with their partner DHL was as much as the item. This is by no means clear on their website. I have accepted my loss, and I cannot recommend this company.
