Great products at great prices but even more importantly, everyone that I have dealt with, both over the phone & in the shop, have provided outstanding customer service & have far exceeded my expectations in every way.
Will definitely use them again.

Seller used a courier that claimed they had delivered the item to address - item never received by us. Seller did not provide evidence from their courier, but just refused to refund or send replacement. Dreadful experience.

I placed a order with Camden tools via amazon but didn't receive the item due to the amazon driver delivering it to a wrong address. I contacted Camden tools and explained I hadn't received the order and Sara sent me a refund for the item later that day. I ordered the item again when I found out the driver had delivered it to someone else and it was delivered the following day. The item was in perfect condition, exactly as described on the listing and was fairly priced. Overall great products and customer service and I will 100% be using them again. P.s it was amazon who messed up the delivery, not Camden tools.

24 hour service that took 5 days without explanation. You also don’t reply to emails but reply on here after the package is delivered. Terrible service

My first experience with Camden. How fantastic they are. It was so wonderful to receive a welcoming email from Sara, it made me feel really special. Thoughtful gestures like that will bring customers back without them bothering to shop around for prices. The items I purchased arrived the following day. Fabulous to be treated so valued. Sara even sent an after sales email to ensure all was well.
