Disappointed: Poor Quality Products That Keep Breaking

I regret choosing these products for our new building. In just three years, we've had at least four major breakdowns—completely unacceptable for something that was supposed to be reliable and long-lasting. Each failure caused unnecessary stress and disruption, and it's clear that the build quality is far below expectations.

For a new building, you expect things to work smoothly, but these products have proven to be a constant source of frustration. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for durability or peace of mind.

Bad product, very poor spare service.

The control board was visited by slugs that created a short circuit. This electronic board is not properly protected against insect intrusion. The spare parts department does not accept this under warranty. This is an absolute lack of professionalism because they do not recognize that this is a defect in the device. Avoid this brand.
