Everything as expected and took about 7 days after ordering just before easter bank holiday. Very happy.

Avoid CamerasDori – Ongoing delays, misleading information, and no resolution

I placed an order on 12 March and, weeks later, still have not received my item.

DPD confirmed the parcel could not be delivered due to incomplete address details and was returned to the sender. Despite this, CamerasDori continue to claim the parcel is “in transit” and are hiding behind an ongoing investigation instead of taking responsibility.

I have:

Waited well beyond the stated delivery timeframe
Provided all requested information (including photos of my property)
Sent a formal Letter Before Action

In return, I’ve received:

Conflicting and misleading information
Repeated irrelevant requests clearly delaying resolution
No refund, no cancellation, and no accountability

They are refusing to act while blaming the courier, despite being legally responsible as the retailer.

At this point, I am proceeding with chargeback and legal action.

Be extremely cautious before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, once something goes wrong, you may be left without your item or your money.

Great price and really good delivery. The lens arrived well packed and as it came from Hong Kong to the UK quite quickly.Only problem was I sent a message about the delivery and didn't get a response

Absolutely love my camera!! I was initially sceptical as it was being shipped across seas, and I had read reviews of delayed delivery but my camera arrived within 1 week to the UK. Recommend!

Very good. My first impressions were slightly sceptical given the very good price but, having read the reviews, I went ahead and bought a new camera from Cameras Dori and am glad I did. It arrived within about ten days, very securely packaged, and is fine.

Honestly, I was properly suspicious of this website. I've been wanting a compact camera for a while now, and I had my eye on the Lumix TZ99, but it was so expensive, and I couldn't afford it. When searching around, camerasdori came up, and I saw something like £370, compared to the roughly £600 everywhere else. I thought it was a scam, came to trustpilot and saw loads of good reviews.

I took a chance and ordered it. It said it would take 7-14 days to be delivered. I ordered it on the 17/03, and it arrived on 24/03. Exactly 7 days. My only complaint was that there wasn't much communication. I had emailed the day before it arrived to ask about it as on the website tracking section it said it hadn't even been dispatched yet. They replied literally the next morning with the tracking details for RoyalMail. The camera is excellent and I would recommend more people to order from here.

The lens arrived very well packed and in perfect order. There was a slight mix-up with the tracking reporting - the website didn't show it was ready for delivery until after it had been delivered. Customer service are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

First time using Camerasdori. I was little hesitant as the price for my Sigma 10-18 F2.8 RF lens looked too good to be true. Once ordered received confirmation, shipping took a week or so but customer service answered the one query I had quickly.
Lens arrived well packaged.
Tested and works perfectly on my R10.

I bought the canon sx 750 hs, I live in London and I couldn’t find it anywhere unless over paying (£600+) then I found CamerasDori wasn’t sure about the website because everything is discounted and really really good prices however on Trustpilot i saw many positive reviews so Ive ordered it. Came so fast i think i took just over a week nothing damaged all brand new! Definitely recommend

My Canon Lens 70-200 f2.8 arrived within 9 days. I did email them and had a reply straight away but the lens turned up next day. Would definitely buy again from them, and saved myself a lot of money. Thank you.

If you're hesitant about camerasdori, let this be the one to change your mind! Took a gamble based on all the reviews; my brand new lens was delivered about 10 days after purchase, safely packaged and intact. You don't hear anything for like over a week then you'll get an email saying it's being delivered in the next day or so. Can't recommend enough, it's saved me nearly £400. Will be buying from camerasdori for future purchases!

Wasn’t sure about shopping with them but the price was very competitive, so emailed them with my enquiry and got a reassuring response. Needed the lens in a timely fashion - they couldn’t guarantee as conflict in the Middle East had broken out but I took a chance. Placed order and waited - seemed to be stuck in processing then very quickly was dispatched and delivered under 10 days.

Ordered a Sigma lens for Fuji on the 20th of March. Item dispatched quickly and received by tracked next day delivery through Royal Mail on 27th of March. Item is brand new with English documentation. This is the first time I have used Camerasdori and have got to say very impressed with process and price.

Just like the first it went without a hitch. There's not a lot of communication until the item is with your local courier, but I expected that from last time. Trust the process and all will be good.

I after receiving my tamron 28-75mm g2 im honestly speechless, perfect packaging for safe delivery, everything was included. the lense was brand new and im super greatful I have came across this site.
only feedback I have is that I didnt get any updates on the delivery process but it came in reasonable time.
