I had similar reservations about using this company as others given the excellent pricing of the items on sale. Having ordered a lens and recieving it the other day I had nothing to worry about!
Excellent price (much cheaper than the usual outfits), excellent communication and the packaging even had plastic protectors on each corner of the outer box to ensure no damage could occur.
I received the lens via DPD who, again, provided excellent service and communication. It took 8 working days to arrive which is well worth the wait for the money you save by buying from Camerasdori.
Highly recommend!

WOW WOW WOW!! Ordered a lens a while back and got the order much faster than I expected (12 days). The prices are right and I had a good experience, so I ordered 2 more lenses. I got my order within 6 DAYS!!! I am delighted with the quality of the lenses, all brand new, good packaging. I didn't expect them so fast and got them just in time for a big shoot too! Absolutely elated and will be buying all my kit from here in the future.

Dismayed at the retail prices charged for camera equipment by UK retailers, I looked elsewhere. Camerasdori came up in a search, so I checked out the prices and feedback. Everything looked accurate and legitimate, with a price saving of about 40%, so I took the plunge. I ordered a Canon R10 on 14/03/26 and it arrived on 21/03/26 - pretty good considering! The camera arrived safely and is fantastic. As a direct import, it still registered with the Canon app perfectly, so there were no issues there.
I can highly recommend buying camera equipment from this company, as you will get significantly more bang for your buck. Well done, Camerasdori.

I've ordered a Canon lens which was almost 30% cheaper than a refurbished option or by a distributor in my region (EU). The delivery took roughly 2 weeks which is within the promised timeline. Although within 2 days, the support replied to me about the package status (processing might include several delivery stages as well, plus there's a delay, compared to a delivery company's updates). The packaging itself is not an original one, but it was well packed with proper protection in place. As for the lens itself, it looks genuine, there were no signs of repacking or previous usage (e.g. duct, fingerprints, etc.), the operation is also flawless.

Overall, I'd say the 30% price difference is definitely worth ignoring the non-original packaging. If you're looking to register the equipment though, it might be impossible, cause vendor requires the distributor info to be filled out. Great experience otherwise.

It was my first order and I was quite anxious… but I was pleasantly surprised. I’m from Romania and I placed an order for the Canon RF 100mm f/2.8 lens on March 5, and I received the package in perfect condition via DHL on March 20.

In addition, I received replies to my emails every time (thank you, Dave).

In conclusion, if I had the money, I would order from them again immediately.

Received my RF 200-800mm f6.3-9 IS USM today, exactly 8 days after ordering it.
It was delivered by DPD from EASYLUXURY LTD, so a bit of a mystery until I opened the box. It was very well packaged, first in an outer brown box with bubble wrap. A big black genuine Canon box was next (with the S/N on the outside showing made in Taiwan). I thought this is too big! Opening that, there's then another brown box with air spacers top and bottom. Inside I found the lens, well wrapped with more cardboard surrounding it. In the box was the lens, two caps, strap and lens hood.

This is my third order from Camerasdori, and although there's a complete lack of communication from them, their prices and service is excellent. Even though now delivered, the website still shows "processing" the order.

p.s. If you want a good cheap case to keep it in, the XAMOREST 4XL case (from Temu) is a good snug fit (as the lens bracket is fixed and wont come off). Both the lens and this case come with shoulder straps.

The prices are super convenient and the shipping only took about 9 days. Absolutely recommend it!

I had not heard of this company before. So I was a little nervous to part with so much money. So be safe I put the camera on my credit card (Section 75) would cover it if it didn't arrive and the Cc company would sort it!
Well no problems. The camera arrived fine in about 5 days. They shaved a little off the price of other camers companies too. Around £100 off.
Very happy and the Canon R7 does not disappoint for the money.
I let them know the camera had arrived safe and sound.

As a lot of you, I came to Trustpilot to check Camerasdori for its reliability. I decided to buy an M. Zuiko Olympus camera lens and it arrived in perfect condition and in its original sealed package.

I am quite happy with the experience even though the notification and tracking system could be better. Since the confirmation of purchase email, I did not received any new notification until the day before the delivery.

The whole process took 13 days, but it was worth the wait for the discount that I got.
