I bought this product in March 2023 from Shenzhen Tongtuo Technology Co., Ltd.and it died 3 months later. After a number of email interaction requesting a refund of AUS$ 137.74 I was offered AUS $ 18

I guess if you purchase Chinese goods you have to expect Chinese quality and customer service.

i dont even need to explain much, Bad products, Bad customer service and just all around untrustworthy, Avoid, just read other reviews to get a better idea

bought an ammoon wireless transmitter (which owns this brand name), for my guitar, it stopped working and still under warranty. They do not reply to emails after many attempts and can't claim a refund back on Amazon as it is now too long ago...

They have trademarked 70brand names. Total scammers!

I bought a wireless earbud set, but left earbud battery failed in less than 1 month; 2nd in 2nd month. 1 yr warranty, which TomTop would NOT honor.

After two months, PayPal forced TomTop to provide a partial refund. Customer service is terrible.
There are many, very negative reviews. The two most important are these:

-Better Business (bbb.com) rates them as Fail (F). A rare thing.

-bestlegitreviews.com rates them as 2.1 out of 10!

Buyer beware!

they know exactly what to do to lose a faithful customer - this is the most dreadful customer service I have seen - ever.

once thay have your money they will not let it go - even if it is blatantly obvious that the goods supplied are defective and hence useless - beware

TOMTOP is really very relevant internet shop. They are very serious, have a good and usable range of products with very good prices. delivery is quick and sure. I strongly suggest it to everyone.

horrible experience and they still have my money ... ordered two years ago ... nothing arrived ... a bunch of emails ... check the local post office ... that way continued ... i have mail seven months after ordering from with the same text ... check the local post office ... after two years they say six months is the maximum for a complaint ... we are sorry for the inconvenience ... a totally illegal practice

Companies like this should not be allowed to trade! Even worse that they are permitted to advertise through Facebook. I placed an order for an item that turned out to be of really poor quality and not as advertised. Having spent £26 on what I could have purchased in my local pound shop, the item was faulty. I sent photos of the faulty item to the said company only to be told a refund would be given after returning the item. Obviously they won't pay for the return shipping costs which would still leave me out of pocket.... PayPal weren't much help either. Just be careful of shopping via Facebook....

Avoid the Company at all times. Order a chair got bag it has taken 5 months to sort out. The chair cost £28.87 the bag in my view cost £2.They made two offer s £11 and £13. I had to involve PayPal. I now have to send the bag back to get my full refund. It will cost more than the bag is worth to send back. Then I anticipate more delays in getting my refund. Worst customer Experience in my life. They are scammers. Even has the cheek of fraudently taken money from my bank account. Lucky I got that back. Please never ever use them. They are Sammers in the worst degree

I ordered 1 thing and got another thing. I've emailed them 4 times to tell them about it, with no response. I would have called them, but there is no phone #. I googled the return address and it is a totally different company as where I bought this. Be aware. Don't buy from them.

Ordered Double bevel sliding compound mitre saw sent 16 mm hole drill , offered if i want to keep item + paltry $6 or send back at my expense paid through paypal so in dispute with company

Do not use this company. I wished I had checked the reviews before placing an order! Had to give 1 star as there are no minuses! They sent wrong item and offered a paltry $8 ‘goodwill’ gesture. We ordered a golf set and received 3 golf balls! They tried to say that we would have to pay to return the item they had sent! I am still waiting on a response to this but am not expecting a positive result

This is one of the worst things I have experienced, order a drone that does not arrive, move the dealer several times without success, suddenly the item appears to have been returned to the dealer. Agree that it will be sent again if it can be done express I will not get an answer but a thank you for my understanding .... for what. last activity on the order is 9 days ago just hanging in the system, last time I shopped at TomTop

I had to select at least one star but give them a zero. I placed an order.had my account debited then received an email my order was canceled but my refund wasn't as quick. This was a Chucky doll for my grandson and I am stuck trying g to ride another in time. Poor experience.
